Merit-cum-Means Scholarship
Those candidates can apply whose family income is less than INR 4.5 Lakhs.
They are exempted from the payment of tuition fee.
SC/ST Scholarship

- They get discount in mess charges up to INR 8,000 per semester.
- They also get free lodging and INR 250 per month as a pocket allowance.

The full-time scholars are eligible for the Half-Time Teaching/Research Assistantship (HTRA). If candidates are selected for HTRA, they must:
- Work (teaching/research) for 8 hours per week.
- The renewal of assistantship will be based on the performance in research work.
- The students can also apply for scholarships like UGC/CSIR-JRF, AICTE, ICMR etc. The amount of fellowship is decided as per the norms of funding institution.
