IIM Ranchi IPM (Integrated Program in Management) is a Full-time, 5-year, blended course. Students will be awarded a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the end of the program.
IIM Ranchi accepts IPMAT Scores for Admission. IIM Ranchi IPM fees is INR 16 Lakhs for the first three years. The fees for the next 2 years will be equal to the MBA program fees set for that year which is INR 17.5 Lakhs.

IIM Ranchi IPM Admission Process
IIM Ranchi IPM Admission is based on the scores obtained in the IPMAT Exam followed by Personal Interview (PI). The Admission Process for IPM is as follows:

Candidates are shortlisted based on their valid IPMAT Scores for PI Process.
Step 2: PI Process
Shortlisted Candidates are required to appear for PI for Final Selection.

Final Merit List is prepared based on A Consolidated Merit List (CML) which consists of Aptitude Test Score, PI Score, and Academic Profile Score.

Ans. Yes, students who have been shortlisted for the first merit list, are required to appear in PI session for the final selection process. PI will be conducted by IIM Ranchi.

My brother had his interview at IIM Ranchi last year for IPM. His 10th marks were 95% and 12th (PCB) marks stood at 78.4%. His interview was scheduled for the afternoon. He was welcomed by 2 male panelists who seemed quite comfortable and asked him if he had had lunch before appearing for the interview. Then they asked him the following questions

Is IIM Ranchi's IPM program worth it?
Neeraj YadavMBA Master of Business Administration Degrees, Indian Institute of Management Ranchi (2020)Yes, the IPM program of IIM Rohtak is actually worth it because it’s an IIM after all. Both Rohtak and Indore excel at their IPM programs. If you are not willing to sit for the CAT again and are not confident that you will get in despite trying this is the best option for you. But if you want to explore more opportunities and are confident of getting a better CAT percentile next year this program may not be for you.
IPM or Integrated Program in Management is a 5-year program of business studies from undergraduate to postgraduate level (Integrated BBA-MBA). Students will be awarded a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the end of the program.
Curriculum: The foundation of this program is broad covering areas like humanities, social sciences, arts, and sciences. Other areas that are tackled by this program are management, marketing, accounting, finance, economics, information systems, data science, and strategic management. The pedagogy involves lectures, classroom discussions, experiential lessons, case analyses, simulations, group projects, internships, and mentorships that help in creating an active and student-favorable environment.
Fees: The total fee for the first three years of the program is INR 1,593,000. These fees do not include mess charges.

Is 1160 a good score in the SAT to get a call from the IIM Ranchi IPM program?

With a score of 1160, you may not be in a strong position to get a call from IIM Ranchi, but if you have strong extracurricular activities and good academic performance in the past (e.g. in 10th and 12th grade), you may still have a chance.
If you do not receive a call from IIM Ranchi, you can still try for the IIM Indore IPM-AT program. You must keep in mind that IIM Ranchi may also consider applicants for the IIM Indore IPM-AT program. It's worth giving it your best effort.
Do I have to take the SAT for the IPM course provided by IIM or only for IIM Ranchi?

However, according to an interview with the IIM Ranchi IPM admission panel, students who score highly on the SAT may be invited to participate in a personal interview.
It is worth noting that this information is based on assumptions and research, and a score of 1400+ on the SAT may be considered a safe bet for admission consideration. However, it is also possible that a score of 1350+ could be sufficient if luck is on your side.
I got 1090 in my SAT attempt. Will my marks be eligible for the IIM Ranchi IPM program?
I am willing to give you my honest opinion in this regard. Your score is good but not at par with the competition posed during IPM admissions. I have seen scores higher than this while attempting to get admission to the IPM program.
But don’t let this discourage you as Indore also conducts an aptitude test IPMAT and admission is based on that too. You can work on this exam and compensate for your past low scores.
Another option to compensate for your low marks is to upgrade your extracurricular background. IIM Indore actively considered extracurricular activities during admissions. But in the end I will still ask you to depend on IPMAT mostly for your admission
I'm in the ST category. I got 930 in my SAT. Is it good enough to get into IPM IIM Ranchi?
IIM Ranchi offers an IPM Program based on SAT / IPMAT Scores. The Expected Cutoff for IPM via SAT is 930.
Apart from this, we don’t have many criteria to base this admission on. So the benefit of the doubt goes to applicants having SAT scores soaring at about 1100–1600. The admission criteria for other programs are more flexible as it is based on parameters such as 10,12, UG scorecards. So it’s highly unlikely that even high marks will get you into IIM Ranchi.
