Only two issues were present during your two years at IIM Lucknow, but they were enough to ruin your life. Placement Group: The placement team at IIM Lucknow is utterly corrupt on a divine level. It is the only IIM where our placement report has never been revealed. Not even the funded numbers released by IIM I & K. Despite IIM L, being one of the top ten B schools in the country, the overall average and median package offered was INR 31.03 LPA and INR 29 LPA, respectively. After more than a month, 10% of the batch remains unplaced. Deserving candidates are doomed in a system dominated by such greedy and unethical individuals. Faculty: The next two years of your education will be spent being tormented by extra assignments whenever a good company visits campus by money-minded, egoistic professors who know nothing and teach an outdated curriculum. Around 10% of professors are divine. Another 20% are somewhat average and do a good job of teaching, but they are limited by the useless curriculum. However, 70% of the professors are just pitiful; they don't know anything and don't know how to teach it. They are only concerned with making commissions on anything they can in order to sell businesses their useless MDPs....Read more
Ques. Why are there so many negative answers regarding IIM Lucknow place-coms?
It's not just IIM Lucknow; all college place-coms have the same image. Every student spends his or her entire college career hoping to be hired by their dream company. They have all worked extremely hard for many years in order to obtain that prestigious position. You have the ability to place someone while in college. This is why place-comers are always getting these comments, especially from those who were unplaced, missed their dream placement, were placed in another company while a more preferred company was still hiring, are not on good terms with the place-comers, and so on. Furthermore, Place-comers place people in one company before moving on to place the remainder in the next. They are responsible for placing everyone/or the majority of people. Nobody notices your efforts, and you only attract hostility. Some people try to become place-comers simply because they want to have the authority to place themselves or their friends....Read more
Ques. What is Sustainable Management? How is the PGPSM course offered by IIM Lucknow? What are the prospects?
Long-term survival is a key component of sustainability. Providing for the needs of the present generation without compromising those of future generations is what is meant by the phrase "sustainable development," which is also related. Sustainable management is a managerial approach to ensuring long-term viability and development. IIM Lucknow is the first IIM to offer this course. It is available at the IIM Lucknow Noida Campus. Finance, marketing, strategy, economics, organizational behavior, ethics, and some subjects related to sustainability and CSR are included in the course (Corporate Social Responsibility). A 70:30 ratio roughly represents the distribution of general management and sustainability-related subjects. IIM Lucknow Interview Experience is provided here. Profile-related inquiries Questions about current events and economics (GDP of India, Sectors of economy, etc.) Questions about basic financial statements ( What is a balance sheet, how is it different from than income statement, etc.) 12th-grade Mathematics. General Understanding and Knowledge as well as Social Awareness (MP & MLA of your constituency, Speaker of Lok Sabha, MP of Lucknow, etc.) IPMX Experience : IPMX is held at IIM Lucknow's Noida campus. The Noida campus is smaller in size than the Lucknow campus. However, it has all of the necessary amenities. IPMX's pedagogy and curriculum are excellent. However, the first few months will be extremely difficult. Each class would feel like it was a barrage of new ideas. Sleep hours would suffer in the early days. Assignments and quizzes become a regular part of one's day. Students become immune to the stress of quizzes/assignments by the third term. There is something new to learn every day....Read more

Big Data Analytics is one such trend that has gained significant prominence in recent years, and it is a skill that is becoming increasingly important for managers to possess. It is also worth noting that while IIMs may not have specific courses or programs dedicated to Big Data Analytics, they do offer IT specialization options. These programs may not specifically cover big data, but they do provide students with a solid foundation in IT and technology, which can be beneficial when it comes to understanding and working with big data. The faculty is adequate but not exceptional. The quality of hostels varies considerably. Which hostel you get depends on your chance. Peer group is once more acceptable; they aren't particularly talented, but you can't also say they aren't talented. Mess is acceptable. There is a canteen where you can get more tasty but unhealthy food. Every room has a high-speed internet connection. Everyone is assigned a single room so that they can learn to be self-sufficient. Although the curriculum is demanding, the workload is manageable. You have plenty of free time to relax. The cost, which is high but not as high as options A, B, and C, is an important consideration. Therefore, only go there if you can afford it. Only a small portion of what you learn in school will apply to real-world situations, but you will learn a great deal outside of it....Read more
