I choose this course because as the semiconductor industry going to boom between 2022-2030 so there will be more jobs available. faculty to student ratio is around 1:20 .all the faculty are PhD and above degree qualified. review the teaching of faculty is excellent. there will be two exams one is mid-term in which you will easily pass but in the end term, there will be some difficulty in passing
I have given gate exam in 2021 and I got a rank of around 2000 after I take part in counselling of ccmt there in the third round of counselling I get that branch. yes, I have availed the reservation of obc and the fee of the counselling process is around 1000-3000 depending on whether you sit for the spot round or not.
From 3rd semester, or say after 1 year of completion campus placement drives start. And for B.Tech students, after 3rd year most placement drives start. Last year around 320 companies came. And took almost 80% of students. Companies like Google, Microsoft, Oracle, Java, AMD, Dell, Tata group, IBM, etc. visit here. The average package is 6 to 8lpa for civil engineering. But the maximum package goes about 30lpa and the minimum goes up to 4 to 5 LPA. I plan to do p.hd from here. I don't want jobs right now. I want to learn things in depth.
To get Mtech in the civil branch student has to clear the gate exam. A gate score above 450 is sufficient. Non-gate students may apply for MTech. In that case, NITC will conduct an entrance exam and an interview round is also there. Course Structure and fees all are given on the college's official website. Admission starts after the gate score is published. Reservation facilities are mainly given to Kerala residents. for other states, students are given 12,400 Rs as a stipend. The admission process is satisfactory. They are tender to students, they provide any kind of help with any problem.
It all starts with class 12 In some state boards like Andhra pradesh and Telangana, it is called Intermediate education. After class 12 there will be an entrance exam called JEE. To attempt JEE one needs to have 75% weightage in the 12th board (65% for SC, ST). Then after taking JEE mains, you can go into NIT (National Institute of Technology), almost 10-12 lakh people will be attempting the test . Another exam is called JEE advanced for which the candidates have to be top in their respective category, almost 2.5 lakh people will be attempting the test. After Jee advanced if you secure a good rank like (1-1000) the student will be going to IIT ( Indian Institute of Technology). Adm
HPBy - Hemanth PakideWe need to write JEE mains and advanced exams based on that rank so we can get a seat according to our rank. I have obc reservation so it became somewhat helpful in getting a good seat. If you have any other reservation like SC ST you will have more benefits of fee concession also
