- Sports facilities are the best with tournaments like interyear ,interbranch ,lalkaar sportseet amd inter NIT.
- Hostel life is wonderful and I recommend everyone to go to that campus for learning.
Dislikes
- The curriculum is poor, outdated, and lacks emphasis on learning and acknowledging the subjects. The only focus is to rush through the curriculum without giving importance to linking, correlating, and expanding horizons. The assignment system is still outdated.
- NIT Hamirpur does not provide internships except for civil engineering students. There is summer training available for civil engineering students within the college. Other students have to apply for internships in companies on their own.
