Scholarships offered by IIM Rohtak

IIM Rohtak offers limited scholarships to its meritorious and needy students. The following scholarships are offered to the IIM Rohtak students:

  • IIM Rohtak Merit cum Means (MCM) Scholarship

  • Merit cum means scholarship is offered to the students of PGP 1st & 2nd year. The scholarship is awarded to the students based on their family income and CGPA in the past academic year.

Eligibility

  • Students should have a minimum CGPA of 6.5 and Grade not less than C+. In addition, they must have family income within INR 2 LPA. 

Scholarship seats

  • Every academic year, IIM Rohtak selects 20 students for Merit-cum- means scholarship.

  • SC/ST Need-Based Scholarship: 

  • The SC/ST Need-based scholarship is sponsored by MHRD of the Government of India. This is offered to the SC or ST students of IIM Rohtak based on their family income. This scholarship can offer a complete fee waiver to the selected student.

  • Fellowships for Doctoral Programme Management (DPM)

  • The participants of the Doctoral Programme Management (DPM) will be given a fellowship amount as mentioned below:-

Merit Fellowship (subject to satisfactory performance) INR 10,000 per month in 2nd year And
INR 15,000 per month in 3rd and 4th years

  • Apart from the above mentioned information, there is financial support for students for Conferences / Academic Exchange as well.
  • The participants will be provided potential financial support for attending national and international conferences and for academic exchange visits to partner institutions as per the institute norms.
  • Students qualifying for IIM Rohtak DPM Fellowships are not charged for their tuition fee. They are expected to pay for their food expenses, admission offer acceptance fee, alumni association fee, and any other fee specified by the institute. 
  • The participants who are admitted under the categories of non-resident Indians, people of Indian origin living abroad and other foreign citizens will be required to pay the fees as specified by IIM Rohtak.
