You can avail of placements during your last semesters. Not big but yes a valid amount of placements are been provided to the students based on their knowledge. The average packages range from 6 lakhs and above.
Right now I am in my first year. I have no experience with the internship program. The internships could be paid as well as unpaid, depending upon the student and his or her preference. For our field there's Vartix Aerospace, the startup settled up on the campus itself. The person handling it is an alumni of svit. So students from my field have a complete opportunity to take up internships there and learn new things.
From the start of the Third year, we got an offer for various internships from various companies. And from last we got eligible for placement if we got any further internships. All top companies like Adani, Reliance, MG, Worley, etc. come for campus placements.
As I'm in a first we didn't get internships many opportunities but we got a seminar from a very good company like GDSC, Boeing, Bolt, Different hackathons to participate in, etc. All companies come here to motivate us to do work for them and give a seminar.
The annual fest is not happening in college. But tech fest happens. Many books are available there are more than 9000 books in the library you can get national or international authors' books. Every year in march sports week. in which cricket, volleyball, basketball, and other sports are played. Gec rajkot website is run by alumini student.
Many companies are available for internships like Morris garages, L&T, info chips, elecone, reliance, Google, Amazon, and Tata. During the internship minimum stipend of around 6000-7000 is given by the authorized companies.
The college placements are much better than some of the private and government colleges of Gujarat. average placements of the college are about to 5Lpa and highest is about 9-15Lpa. There are some well-known companies for placements like andani, Reliance, TCS, tata motors and etc.
The opportunity the internships provide by my college is too good. Some of the very good companies give chances for internship opportunities. With a good stipend for students, when good students get good opportunities.
Placement is good the many big companies are arriving in the last year of college.TCS
At the internship, we get the position of Assistant engineer and the Graduate Engineer Software engineer with the technician. The project is done on the design Engineering subject. And internship projects are provided.
Semester 7 students are eligible to apply for placements. There is one placement rule. If you are placed through college then you cannot apply for other companies through campus placement. Companies like Reliance Industries, Torrent, Adani, L&T, and TCS visit here. Also, the TCS training camp is held for 3rd-year students too. A lot of expert talk is held. For NCC cadets in Electrical engineering, there is a huge benefit. They get recruited in the Navy for 12lpa. There are students who serve in BSF too. The highest package is for Engg Officers in Army, Navy, and Air Force i.e 12lpa. For civilians, Reliance Industries offers 7.5 CTC. But still, the percentage of students getting placed is low. In my Dept this year only 10-11 students are placed 3 in reliance industries, 3 in Adani, 2 in E info chips, and 2 in TCS out of 75 total strength. I am placed in Reliance Industries so I will continue in New Energy Plant. And I am a passionate musician my voice has been on the air on radio stations in Surat. Also done playback.
For internship it is better you should use your own network and find the right internship for you. Otherwise, the college will provide you and it will not be flexible as per your needs. So work on your skills. I am managing two internships simultaneously one at radio mirchi and other at software service providing company as Front end developer. And I have maintained transparency. So I could manage it. Therefore do what is in your interest areas otherwise for placements also it will be a big issue. If you don't discover yourself.
Yes, I am in electronics and communication engineering. Many placements have come like Adani, Reliance eInfochips, many other companies so you will get the broad opportunity where you want to job.
You can get placement in all the branches of our college. Companies like Adani, Reliance, Esaar, and local companies come for placement. For placement, you should have cgpa more than 6 and good technical knowledge in your course.
For the Civil engineering branch in the 8th semester, you have to do an internship for that college department provides internships to all students from their connections. Then internships are from different fields like the structural, site, Project management, etc. All students can choose according to their interests.
From the 7th sem, the students are eligible for campus placement and take part in various companies like einfochip for their work also came in the college the vdevops. The package offer was 4 lakh we can say that the placements got by the students for 75% of my plan after the degree is to complete my master's.

The process of admission is way too easy. There are different universities in gujrat, In Gtu the admission process is based on a cutoff merit list. firstly we need to proceed with the college selection process on the digital gujrat website. It provides a cutoff merit list of different universities. if our cutoff merit is in the respective cutoff area of universities then we can easily get admission to a university
