The course curriculum is based on the curriculum set by the Gujarat Techonogical University. Overall, the curriculum is very flexible for the students and various co-curricular activites also take place in the college. The faculy members are very helpful too. I chose the Information Technology branch because of its expected growth in the future and my interest in coding. There are 2 major exams in each semester: Mid-terms and Final University Exam. The mid terms are of 30 marks whereas the final exams are of 70 marks each.
course curriculum is nice but some changes are required as per new technologies. I have completed a diploma in Information technology so I have chosen IT for my bachelor's also. students ratio of around 80 students in class. faculty members have nice experience and good knowledge. term exams were not difficult to pass.
I am always interested in technology.how different type of technology developed, how they work.so I choose information technology. A faculty student ratio is around 1:60.All faculties are well qualified and teach every topic clearly. There are two exams taken in every Samester first is mid sem and second is gtu semester exams.
I have taken an information technology course because it's the most valuable course and easy to get a job course right now. But otherwise, also information technology has a lot of things still to explore so in the future if anyone wants to go into research also there is a space available for that. The faculties of GECG are good and supportive. All are qualified with a master's degree or either cleared upsc or gpsc exams. Each and every faculty in computer/IT at GECG has knowledge about the ongoing trends in the IT industry and new updates or things happening and they are always welcome to the speakers who come for seminars to inform the students about the current happening things.
I am interested in the information technology field. That is the main reason I have chosen this course. Here the college has a faculty for each subject. Every faculty member has good qualifications. Term exams are regular, and if you have attended lectures then it's not that hard to pass
I am interested in this Information Technology (IT) Engineering course, so I chose this course. The faculties of our college are qualified with a master of technology. The term exams arrive within the last month of the due date of the semester ending date.
I choosed IT course because it is highly demanded. If we talk about the faculty members then I will give 7 points out of 10. All faculties are Good in teaching and qualified but some of them are not teaching their course properly and they are fully dependent on the students. They don't take lectures regularly. Instead of teaching they are interested to cover up the syllabus by students using PPTs. All the classmates in my batch are good in education as well as in other fields so that we can get proper environment for growth with our friends but in other hand they are very interested for the mass bunks during summer and navratri. As a result faculty can not cover up the syllabus on time. In each semester the mid sem exams are organised before the submission and University exams. Generally 50% syllabus is considered in each subject for mid sem exams. Recommendation: Students should give their 100% for mid sem exam because other evaluation of marks are done based on mid sem result.
Our college in all faculty qualified by gpsc and all faculty memeber have phd degrees. So faculty is the best and teacher and student ratio is 20.1 and teaching meathod is best and easy for student
As I am looking forward to a technology-related career, I found this course very Suitable for me and help me to grow in my life and reach near to my goals. All the faculty are fully qualified with master's degrees and more, also having experience of teaching more than 5-6 years. In Class One faculty teaches approximately 50-60 students at a time. Teaching methods depend on the professor in which way they are comfortable. Some professors make their own PPTs and share them with the students, some teach on the blackboard. Term exams are arranged after two to three months of your ongoing class. And it is very easy to pass term exams if have studied very well in the class and have proper notes related to that subject.
I was interested in Computer-based courses and KPGU( formerly Babaria) have good faculties for CSE and IT branch. Every 60 students is assigned 1 teacher/subject for lectures and have different faculties for practical lab work. There is mid exam (college level ) and final exam (under GTU ) every 6 months.
