Ganpat University offers a variety of undergraduate, postgraduate as well as research level programs (Professional or Non-Professional) in the fields of Engineering, Computer Applications, Pharmacy, Sciences, Commerce and Social Science, Architecture, Law, etc. For admission - Candidates should have qualified a Masters program or any degree that is equivalent to the Master’s program with 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade B in the UGC 7 point scale.

Ganpat University Ph.D. Eligibility 

The eligibility criteria for getting admission to the Ph.D.. programs are as follows

• Candidates should have qualified a Master’s program or any degree that is equivalent to the Master’s program with 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade B in the UGC 7 point scale.
• For candidates belonging to the reserved category the percentage for being eligible is 50%.
• Candidates having B.Tech/ B.Sc./B.E. Engineering with 60% marks and evidence of published research along with five years of professional experience can also be eligible for the recommendation by the Doctoral Committee.

Ganpat University Ph.D. Admission Guidelines

The admission procedure for Ph.D. programs constitutes filling up the application form followed by a written test which is finally followed by an interview. The detailed steps are given below.

Application Procedure

• Candidates need to register at the official website
• This is followed by login in and providing all the details that are asked for
• Then candidates have to upload a scanned copy of last semester’s undergraduate mark sheet, postgraduate mark sheets, and postgraduate degree certificate.
• Candidates also need to upload their reservation certificate and GATE/NET/SLAT/GPAT certificates (if applicable)
• After this, they need to submit the application form and the application fee which is INR 3000.

Ganpat University Ph.D. Entrance Examination

• The list of the candidates eligible for the entrance examination is published by the University on the official website.
• These candidates will then be required to sit for the entrance exam which is of 2 hours.
• The question paper consists of two sections: Section A -Research Methodology and Section B- Subject Specific.

Personal Interview

• Candidates who have acquired 50% marks in the Entrance exam are qualified for a personal interviews.
• For candidates belonging to reserved category the minimum marks required is 45%
• Candidates who have qualified any of the Ph.D. fellowship exams are given an additional 5% marks.
