MY branch is Computer science and Engineering. I have chosen this branch because this sector is developing day by day, more jobs for this course, our faculty is very good and teaching is in digital teaching using a projector, it is difficult to pass the exam with a one night reading before the exam without listening classes.
Because I was interested in this course. Here the faculty-to-student ratio would be around 1:25 which is very good we can clarify our doubts by asking the faculty, the Qualification of the teaching method will mostly be the same, they are PhD, but their teaching experience plays a major role and their teaching method varies from faculty to faculty but it would be nice. Term exams would be around 5 months Difficulty in passing the exams depends on the faculty.
Our college has the best alumni and the best faculty for our mechanical engineering course it's quite good in placement too , you can easily choose this college for an excellent future , as of me I took college as a preference over college
My course is EIE. I have chosen this course because this sector is developing day by day and career opportunities are enhanced. Our faculty is very good and they used to teach in a very simple manner. Their knowledge is very good and the technique they used to explain everything is excellent. It is difficult to pass the exams with one night of studying before the exams without listening to the lectures.
I was interested in the ECE course and from the stats of NIT SILCHAR I couldn't say no to it. The student-faculty ratio would be 80:1. Most of the faculty are Ph.D. holders and well-qualified for what they do. The term exams are done every 5 months in the form of 30 for mid-exams, 50 for endsems, and 20 for internals
The course I have taken is Electronics and Communication Engineering. The faculty-student ratio is around 3:80 The faculty are highly qualified and have completed their master's or doctorate in prestigious colleges. The exams are moderate and can be given by students who plan perfectly
Here the ratio of student-faculty is quite good about 7:3. Faculties are very supportive and they teach the students in a very nice way. They give their full effort so that students can learn the topic well. All faculties here are well qualified and experienced by at least 5 years, All have doctorate degrees and also Post doctorate degree holders are there. Here semesters are 6 months at intervals of 2.5 months midterm examination is held and at intervals of 5 months end semester examination is held.
I don't know why I chose this but it gives too many opportunities for students For every 20 students one faculty here. All the teachers are highly educated from top NITs, IITs and universities. Exams are not too much easy and you have to study at a decent level.
Everything is fine till now. The Faculty members are nice. They help the students a lot and provide them with necessary information and opportunities mails. They do discuss competitive exams like GATE. The only thing is you won't even realize when the semester comes to an end as it's too quick and sudden.
I course was given in the CSAB round. My course is Electrical Engineering, this is a hard course overall the syllabus. Most of the Faculty members are good, and the professor is nice. Most of the faculty members have passed the Ph.D. degree.
