Remarks :
There's no entrance exam for admission to Agra College. You have to match your merit with the institute given and get admission. Firstly you have to register on dbrau.org.in for University registration and then you can apply for admission to Agra College. University registration charges are Rs.200 and college admission form charges are Rs. 250 admissions start in August Every year You can opt for various courses such as Bsc, Math and Bio, B.Com, BA, and BTech.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I opted for BSc Maths because I feel confident in it. The staff is very cooperative If we talk about the ratio between faculties and students is 5:98. You should have math in class 12 for BSc Maths. The teaching method is fine and regular labs are scheduled. Exams are done on a semester basis and a total of 6 semesters are done.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
It's a government-run college so there is no high concern for fees. Fees for all courses are affordable for all background students whether related to general to obc to SC/ST. Every year scholarships are given to the needy and those who fulfill the scholarship requirements are given a scholarship. Scholarships of such good amounts are transferred to bank accounts and students Utilise them in a good manner.
Campus Life :
Life on campus is not so good but fine. Every year many programs are done by students and college staff. Freshers' parties and farewells are organized and cultural programs such as Diwali Holi and national programs such as Gandhi Jayanti, republic-day celebration, Independence Day celebration, and many more. There is such a huge library on the campus and students issue books with them. Sports such as cricket, volleyball basketball, and every type of sports are organized at the college level and district level. Many student groups such as ABVP, and NSUI are run by students.
