Remarks :

VIT conducts an entrance exam annually called VITEEE. Where you will get questions about maths, physics, chemistry, and reasoning. you can find their online application on their official website. later they will mail you regarding the dates and fees. Regarding reservation, I don't have much idea but after the entrance test, according to your rank, they will give you a category and the category will matter for your tuition fees. For example, the 1st category will be cheaper than the 2nd. The higher your category higher your fees.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I am interested in a mechanical course that's why I chose it. The faculties are very helpful and the teaching is excellent. You will get a lot of research opportunities on which faculties will be working. The management will listen to all your problems whether it is related to academics or others. During exams, they are very very strict and if you have attempted all the questions then nobody will fail you but try to write relevant.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 405000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

I got inter at ISRO ISTRAC as a project trainee topic on antenna reflectors. And I participated in various international competitions and events with my team. And won titles as well. There are other excellent teams as well.

Placement Experience :

As I discussed with my seniors the placements depend on your performance. you have to perform well to get placed in the company. Microsoft, Ather, and other companies used to come. from 6th semester you can sit for placements.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The tuition fees depend upon what category you got during your entrance examination. Yeah, you will get opportunities for internship and campus placements but you have to work for it. regarding the scholarship, I don't have much idea but ya you will get a chance for an internship with a stipend.

Campus Life :

There are 2 main fests called Gravitas the technical fest in September and Rivera the cultural fest in February. you get access to a lot of journals through their library portal and there are almost all the books available in the library from your academics to friction. The labs and classrooms are well-furnished. regarding sports and other co-curricular activities there are a lot of things you will enjoy it. I am on a student team called roverX.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel fees will depend on you, which room you want to take. like ac or non ac then no. of beds. The mess food is tasty it's not like South Indian spicy and sour. But sometimes they will give but it's manageable. There are 15 to 16 hostels that are clean and species. Near to the college, rooms are available but guardians should be there.

Placement Experience:

There are placements for the students passing out but the jobs usually don't pay more than 15000 per month on average. The placements are not always equal to all departments like food technology department gets the most placements and biotechnology and other departments almost get no placements. The new management is doing a lot to improve the placement program.
