Life of VEC

Remarks :

I joined here through counseling, and I had a cutoff of 175.5 to enter ECE, The minimum cutoff needed for this course is above 175 and the cutoff differs year by year according to the 12th marks. The TN counseling provided a path for filling out our marks in 10 and 12, which consist of rounds according to your cutoff. Tier 1,2,3 and Our college seats were mostly filled in the second round and the Major departments like CSE, and IT filled fast in the first round and 1-5 seats remained in the second round. The fee for management seats differs by course like CSE-5 lahks, IT-5 lakh, ECE-3 lakh, and other departments come under this. When someone joins a in counseling quota like 7.5 % in the Government quota &ST or SC has special reference in the admission of this college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I have a special interest in my course, The faculty are well trained and respond quickly to our doubts. Most of our staff are experienced for about 10 years and They conduct three internal exams before the semester. And It is easy to get good and pass marks I'm that.

Internships Opportunities :

The intenships are done in the semester holiday, the small company Hexr private limited as basic python interns, Mobile app development, and many works assigned for a time of one month or more depending upon the project.

Placement Experience :

From the fifth semester of the 3rd year of college, you're fit for campus interviews. Many companies like Zoho, cognizant, and TCL are the main companies. One can get more than 3 offers the average package is 6 lakh per annum and the pass percentage is 95%.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

It is not cost to study. Many scholarships are provided to SC, and ST castes, and the person entered through counseling has to afford a payment of 1 lakh per year the campus interviews are over at 5,6,7 th semesters and got placed on an average salary of 6 lakh per annum.

Campus Life :

The campus life is a little bit strict and have to follow the rules inside the campus. Symposium is Conducted in every department monthly and there is a large library floor and sports ability is given preference in this college. Indoor badminton club, Quiz club, math club, and so on.

Placement Experience:

There are placements for the students passing out but the jobs usually don't pay more than 15000 per month on average. The placements are not always equal to all departments like food technology department gets the most placements and biotechnology and other departments almost get no placements. The new management is doing a lot to improve the placement program.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is a very good and interesting one. The faculty-student ratio will be 1 faculty for every 20 students All faculties are doctorates. Terms are twice a year and are moderately difficult but their teaching is enough to clear the exams.

B.Tech Food Technology is one of the best courses in TNAU. There are more food industries where we see. Even though we have opportunity in abroad. Max, there are 60 members per dept and have 9 subjects each subject there are min 2 faculties. Each faculties are qualified ph.d in those subjects they take. There is a mid-semester for each semester question papers will be easy to understand and easy to get good marks.
