Is GIBS good for law or not

Remarks :

The admission process is simple. To get admission to a law program, one has to take the CLAG UG exam and on the basis of CLAT rank, college is allotted. Eligibility is to give CLAT. To get admission to IPU, one has to fill out the registration form and have to sit for the counselling process. The application fee was Rs. 1000 in 2019. GGSIPU is a little late for the admission procedure every year. There are reservation benefits for EWS, SC, ST, and other quotas as well. My personal opinion of the admission procedure is it should be a little fast and early.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course and university by thinking about the rank of the University. In reality, it depends on the college. Gitarattan International Business School is one of the best colleges for law in GGSIPU in terms of academics, faculty, students and infrastructure. The negative are college campus is very small. It's just like a small school. No internship opportunity is provided by the college or even no placement opportunities are given to the law graduate. Students have to find jobs on their own.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No scholarship is provided. Financial assistance is given to students whose parents died during COVID-19 or who have low family income. No job is provided by the college. GIBS is good for pursuing a BBA Or MBA but not good for LAW.

Campus Life :

There is an annual fest happening every year by the college. This year Milind Gaba came to our college for the fest. There are other fests also like law fest( justitia) management fest etc. Each and other day something is happening in college. Either paralegal work or NSS or seminars quizzes or competitions are going on. College life is cool. The library is one of the best things in GIBS. it is well-managed and beautiful. The classrooms are great. Centralised AC is there. In GIBS, there are many societies and clubs for arts and crafts, photography, music, dance, law functions, paralegals, sports, etc. Every society is run by students only.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to pursue ba llb it was planned for a long time here I got the course and I'm happy that I got it as college is really nice. teachers faculty And the curriculum are nice here, not so much a burden or pressure gets put on the students and the college keeps in mind that the faculty here is very highly educated and can teach students in a better way. faculties here are many and sometimes students even forget the names of faculty ss there are many of them. The teaching methods use here are very good and intellectually present The exams take place 2 times one is half the year which is called midterms of 20 marks and after that at the end of the same end term which is 80 marks. the exams in ipu are slightly easier as the syllabus is easy and with 10 days before exams you study you can maintain great cgpa.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose law because I wanted to do judiciary. The student ratio is 50:50. The faculties are quite good. Mostly have done phds or doing there phds. Exams also take place on the scheduled time. We have mid term and final term for each semester.
