Remarks :
The admission process was through an entrance examination state CGPET and I got the rank of 1100 so I was eligible for the seat for Civil branch in college. The application fee was around 25000 per semester and I didn't get any reservation benefits since I don't come under any such category.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The laboratory equipment available in my college for the CIVIL branch was the best in the state. Most of the professors were pHDs and their teaching method was very interactive. Exams were held timely and it was good marks were accorded as per the attendance.
Placement Experience :
The campus placements were fine and I got jobs at Lafarge Cement and Infosys and got 4.12 lacs in the first and 3.8 lac in the second company. At least 60% of students got the placements. But I refused to join because I wanted to pursue a UPSC career.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees stayed the same during my 4-year stay in college. The cost to study for tuition was 2lakhs in 4 years. I did not receive any scholarship during my studies at the college. I did get a few internship roles.
Campus Life :
Life at college was comprehensive and very lively. We had regular fests and interaction with different colleges from time to time. There was a library with all books for all branches along with internet facilities and computers. I was part of the CAT club and literary clubs as well.
