Remarks :

The cutoff for this course is comparatively as high as 85% and above in higher secondary level. There is no entrance exam for admission, it is totally merit-based. Application forms are available online on SAMS or DHE's official website tentatively around 1st week of August. This college also has the official website kuu.ac.in. You will fill up the form and select the college and the desired course. Thereafter 1st selection round will be published on the SAMS site and if you have cleared the cutoff, you will be allotted with college if not then you may opt for the sliding-up option. You have to go through the document verification on specified dates. Similarly, 2nd round will be published followed by the spot selection method. For spot selection, you have to fill out the form offline in the specific college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

This college provides you with a wide variety of curriculum. Exams are held within a span of 4 to 5 months gap after thorough completion of the semester course and they also have standard-level questions. Practicals are held under the proper guidance of highly qualified lecturers. For a batch of 65 students, 6 teachers are assigned. Each teacher is appointed after a thorough process of interview by a highly qualified interviewing board. Every month, feedback about every faculty is discussed.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

As this is a government college so the fee structure is quite convenient. As a girl, per year I have to pay Rs.3800/-. Here various scholarships are also available which students may apply according to their eligibility. Following are a few scholarships available e-medhabruti Post matric scholarship.

Campus Life :

The campus life is great. There are lots of cultural events and sports events. There is also a student union that organizes various functions and events. The college celebrates its foundation day, annual function, and many named events such as Ganesh puja, etc.

I like computer science that's why I took admission. There are 3 faculties in the Cs department all of them are very experienced and graduated from renowned universities. They are very humble and polite to all of us. IN 3 years you will attempt 6 sems 6 mid sems and 6 practical exams. 1 sem continues for 6 months including 1 practical exam and 1 mid sem.

Experience at the college

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I am from a science background and have an interest in chemistry I chose this course. Faculty to faculty-to-student ratio is 2:16. The faculty of the science department is highly qualified and well behaved and their teaching method is also good and understandable. The exams are quite difficult if you do not study properly.
