Remarks :

After 12th one has to secure something around 5k to opt cse of this college. Then go to the WBJEE counseling after that one will get admitted to this college. Seat booking and then seat locking. This college accepts only online anti-ragging pro forma. i.e. available in college and that's a good thing.

Course Curriculum Overview :

One who is very interested in maths and logic. He/ she can easily opt for this. This college has its fundamental needs i.e. to understand logic and do innovation. The course is all about this. The students who got admitted to this, have to do most of the things on their own. The ds algo sir, the automata theory sir, and some of the faculties are good.

Class Size : 40Course Fees : INR 60000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No fee hike as it is a government college. Though many schemes like swami vivekananda and many other schemes have. The fees is only around 60000 for 4 th years. The IT is around 100000 for 4 yrs. And ceramic technology is around nearly 30000.

Campus Life :

It's a state-aided government college. So expectations should not be very high. One cannot compare this with iits, nits, or any college. The campus is not so big. But the fests are decent. Overall if you want to enjoy your life you are living in Kolkata. Apart from college, you can do many things outside of college.

The Good college and very good.

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good on the campus GKCIET especially trains and encourages the students to sit for internships and placements. A student is eligible to sit for the internships at the beginning of the third and placements from the beginning of the third and placements from beginning of the final year .. a student can manage to get a PPO after completing the internship in the 3 rd which is also encouraged by the student. The other criteria regarding placements and intership are quite well-defined in the GKCIET

Yeah from 3rd year only, all the companies come to our college for the placement opportunity. The average placement percentage is around 70-80% in our college. There is also a team of members specially looking into the placement section. The highest package of our college is 51 LPA now

From 6th semister student become eligible for campus placement. The companies visited in my college are Tech Mahindra, Cognizant,Amazon,Byjus etc. In my college the highest package ranges around 22lpa and average page is around 3to4lpa. Every year in my college around 75 to 80% student get placements in top companies. My plan after getting the degree is to be placed in an top company.
