Remarks :

A candidate has to clear the JEE MAINS test to get admission to IITs, NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs. JOSAA and CSAB conduct the counseling for the admissions in these institutes. A candidate can find the application form on the official website of NTA. There is a reservation policy for backward sections and economically weaker sections in IITs and NITs.

Course Curriculum Overview :

This course is a combination of Mathematics and Computer Science. Through this course you can become a Data Scientist, AI, and ML Programmer, and the scope of this branch is increasing day by day. There are about 60 faculty members in the department. The qualification for faculties is a Ph.D. Two times in a semester, exams are held.

Class Size : 50Course Fees : INR 28500 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Students can start getting internships from their first year onwards. Some companies give stipends and some do not. Students get internships through their skills and accordingly, they can apply for internships in different companies.

Placement Experience :

In the fourth year(7th semester) students become eligible for campus placements. Various tech companies and core companies visited the college for the placements. Different companies offer different packages ranging from 6 lakh to 55 lakh or more.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Tuition fees are zero for SC and ST category students and also for students whose annual income is less than 1 lakh. For the students whose family income is between 1 to 5 lakh, there is no remission of 2/3 of tuition fees. Turion fees are 62500 per semester for a student whose family income is above 8 lakh. Apart from that there are opportunities for scholarships also.

Campus Life :

Hill Fair and Nimbus are the annual fest conducted in October and April. There is a library where you can find most of the books related to your course. Apart from that E-books are also available. Sports like cricket, volleyball, football, table tennis, Lawn tennis and badminton are played. There are various clubs and societies for different purposes.

Hostel Facilities :

In the hostel, students are provided with 4 beds, 4 cupboards, 4 chairs, and 3 tables in a room with a 1 GB wifi facility. The meal is good and it covers items like paneer, pav bhaji, Chole bhature, pulses, snacks like samosa, and sweets like rasgulla.

Placement Experience:

Placement stats are good till now. , this is a new IIIT so it is doing good, The average of cse is 13 lpa, the average of ECE is 12 lpa, and the average of IT is 16 lpa which is very well and the median of all is around 8 9 lpa.

All About IIIT UNA, Himachal Pradesh

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have a keen interest in computer programming so I chose this course in this college instead of other NITs. Here the faculty-student ratio id pretty good It's approximately 15:1. All the Faculty are PHD holders.They are young and have a passion for teaching.There are 2 CT exams which constitute the mid sem and one end sem also occurs. You have to study daily. There is regular assignment and projects given to students

Reality VS Myth

Placement Experience:

After 3 years onwards students are eligible for placements. The highest package is 60lpa Average: 16lpa There is about 100% placement in our college. Many National and multinational companies visited our college like Google, Microsoft, Flipkart, Amazon, Jio, Apple etc.

The highest package in 60 lacks and the average package in 15 lacks in the 22-23 sessions. Almost 90+% students of placement offers. My plan after my degree is to opt for IT jobs.

JUIT- the best college in the hills

Placement Experience:

Students get eligible for placements in 3rd year itself. The companies visited are Amazon, fantaclaus, etc. The highest package last year was 50 lakhs (off campus) by Amazon and the mean package was 6.5 lpa. 289 students have been placed in the last 5 years which makes 86%. My plan after getting the degree is to obviously get placed in a good company with a good package.

IIIT Una - The rising of the one of the Best IIIT in india

Placement Experience:

There is an internship semester in our college dedicated to internships where students have to do 5 months of internship (compulsory) to get their hands on on fieldwork and learn from industry experts. Amazon, Deloitte and many big companies like these visit our college during the placement drive The average package of all the branches combined was 15 LPA which is quite good and is expected to improve further in the coming years.
