Remarks :

The admission is done through the CAP process of the Maharashtra government. Candidates can register for the process by giving JEE or MHTCET. The cutoff was almost 98 percentile for Information Technology.

Course Curriculum Overview :

This is an autonomous college so the Course is selected by the college itself. In the first year the syllabus is the same for all the branches and for the second year the syllabus is as per the branch. Exams are conducted as per the general norms.

Internships Opportunities :

Internship fair is organised every year in the college and many companies hire Interns from there, students are eligible to get Internship from the 4th semester itself but mostly students get Internship in the 3rd year

Placement Experience :

There are ample placements opportunities for campus placements, many companies hire students from the campus itself, and some even give a pre-placement offer. Many students also prefer to go for higher studies.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees are 2.2 lacs per annum and there are scholarships available for people belonging to economically backward sections. EBC scholarship can be opted for through MahaDBT. An internship fair is also organized in the college every year.

Campus Life :

Trinity is the annual techno-cultural fest of the college where there are various events. There is an ample amount of clubs and societies in the college including technical as well as cultural clubs, the campus is also fully AC.

Is DY Patil Pimpri worth it?

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. There are so many companies that visited here and many offers made the companies Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Adobe, Infosys, all the stop companies are always coming here to provide good packages for the students and the highest package was around 70 lacs for a mechanical student and average packages around 7 to 8 lakh, currently 90% of the students are getting a place and my plans of getting the degrees to go for masters.
