My admission was done on a merit basis. The application forms are available both online and offline. The details regarding the admission procedure are very much available on the official website of Lucknow University.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I opted for this course as I want to go in for competitive examinations and these courses will help me build a foundation. There are about 3-5 faculty in every department. The faculties are good, well-qualified, and well-educated. There are mainly 2 semesters per year within the gap of 5-6 months. It also includes mid-term class tests which happen before every semester.

Class Size : 80Course Fees : INR 15000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Aashalyam internship, Social service internship, Yuvak sevika internship, Youinity internship. These are some of the internship opportunities which I got. There are numerous amount of internships that you will get through this college.

Placement Experience :

Students become eligible for campus placement by the last year of their college. Not many students get placement because of the degree through which they pass college. Still, many students do get a lot of internship opportunities in their college years.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For a student who has opted for a B.A., the average cost will be 10000 - 250000 per year. For a B.Com of BSc student, the average cost will be 25000- 30000. Children do get a lot of scholarship opportunities.

Campus Life :

We have Aura and Cantata conducted annually in our College. There is a library facility in the college consisting of numerous books to read. Classrooms are well maintained. There are various sports events both on and off campus. We also have communities like NCC and NSS in this college. There are clubs like SGA and SCC which are run by students.

A beautiful journey in BU

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose BA because I want to appear in civil examinations. Faculties are very qualified and helpful. I think faculty-student 1:10. Many faculties are Ph.D. holders and their teaching methods are amazing. Exams are held on time.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the course to focus on the field of history as per my interest. The faculty is good but need for better faculty as there faculty a lack when it comes to English medium students. The qualifications of the faculty are outstanding. Exams happened kind of soon like in the gap of a few months only but it wasn't so difficult to pass.

The Pros and Cons of Studying in a Government University

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose psychology as my major 1 since I want to become a clinical psychologist, there is a sufficient amount of teaching faculty in that department, and the quality of faculty and teaching method is quite average, at the end of the day, you have to study on your own. The term exams are held early since the admission procedure was late due to the pandemic. The exams are not that difficult to pass, but the marking is a bit strict.

LifeAtBHU?

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Geography Honours, along with History and Political Science, because of my interest in humanities. The strength of my class is around 60-70, faculties are highly qualified and teach well. I've no idea about the term exams and the difficulty level, cuz I'm in the first year only. However, as per the level of PYQs, the difficulty level is easy to moderate, with rarely any hard questions in the paper.

My experience in BHU.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen geography honours because it is based on conceptual units. The faculty of my course is very good and highly qualified, all of them have completed their PhD from top central universities like DU, and JNU. The student ratio is approx 1 faculty to 30 students each. Exams are held twice a year per semester wise before this sessional of each subject is taken.

Unlocking excellence: IIMT university

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course at this university because I had an interest in psychology as well and this university just started its fresh psychology batches, so for added benefit, it was a nice start. The student-teacher ratio, since it's the start of a fresh batch it's 4 faculties to 10 students. The teaching methods involve both theory and practical knowledge with a nice use of modern technology, a plus point. The level of the exam was moderate they could be made more out of box questions since that is what psychology is about.
