Remarks :

Gandhigram University Admission 2023-24 last date is 30 August 2023. Gandhigram Rural Institute conducts admission to its UG/PG courses based on the Common University Entrance Test (CUET), which is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

Course Curriculum Overview :

I have heard. Good teaching and friendly teachers. Ph.D. Degree shall be the mandatory qualification (compulsory requirement) for the appointment of Professor / Associate Professor through direct recruitment. No difficulty to pass

Placement Experience :

The placement percentage in The Gandhigram Rural Institute is very moderate, and only 50% to 60% of the students get placement every year. The last batch had 70 students out of which 40 got placed in the chemical companies. They provide a minimum salary of Rs. 15,000 for everyone who gets placed.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Hostel Fees Hostel fee is calculated on the basis of 1st year/semester. The actual amount may vary. The fees might include components other than hostel fees. Meal Plan is included in the mentioned fee. Eligible students of SC, ST, OBC, and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) can avail of Central Sector Scholarship (postmatric) through the respective State Government. Placements: 1. 80% of students were placed. 2. The highest package- 840000, the average package- 480000 and the lowest package - 240000 was offered.

Campus Life :

For the promotion of sports standards, the department facilitates the students with training facilities in almost all major sports. Trained teams of GRI have made markable achievements in district and state-level competitions. The yoga centre mends the young minds of GRI and promotes self-discipline and the yogic order of life through its yoga awareness programmes.

Placement Experience:

Students on the 7th semester are eligible for campus interviews. Companies like Syngenta, mayo, Rasi seeds, federal Bank, John deer, milky mist, Britannia, Hatsun, and Axis Bank. 15lpa by our seniors on pg. 85-90% placement percentage and others are opted for PG studies. My plan is to work for 6 months then Mba.

I am interested in this course, So I chose this B.Sc (Hons) agriculture. Faculties are excellent teachers with good communication skills and knowledge with experience. The student ratio is 120. They prepared 2 batches. Qualification of Facilities is M.Sc and PHT-related subjects in agriculture. Teaching methods they prepared presentation and board teaching. The exams are connected to 3 modes. Mock test, Theory, and Practical. If you want to study they you will clear the exams easily.
