Remarks :

Each year BIT MESRA takes admission based on JOSSA Counseling. JEE MAINS Score is taken into consideration. I got admission through JOSSA Counseling. We get out a preferred branch based on JEE Score.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course Curriculum is excellent in BIT MESRA. Faculty members are highly qualified and knowledgeable. Good care is taken toward academics. All exams and quizzes are held timely and teachers are very strict. It's difficult to score well but you can manage if you are little smart. Attendance is taken very seriously. You need to have more than 75% attendance to appear in exams or else you will get an F in the subject which means you have to attend classes again in summer break to pass.

Internships Opportunities :

Various companies make offers for internships but very few students have been selected for overall final placements that are good. But we also get opportunities to work on various projects in our department. The teachers are really helpful.

Placement Experience :

The placement scenario of BIT MESRA is really decent. Various companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, ONGC, Reliance, etc visit each year to recruit students. Circuital branches like CS ECE are offered with high packages. On average we can say 16 LPA. But lower branches are also offered with decent packages like avg 8-9 LPA. Overall 80%+ students get placed. It varies each year.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees for courses are very high in BIT MESRA. You will have to spend nearly 16 lakhs for your BTECH. But thanks to the SBI bank located on the campus which provides education loans at reasonable rates to the students.

Campus Life :

Campus Life of BIT MESRA is awesome. You have a lush green campus to live and enjoy. The campus is just beautiful and very large. No pollution, no noise just pure vibes of a green campus. The infrastructure is also beautiful. Classes are smart, we'll be equipped and highly maintained. We have high-class lab facilities. The canteen area is nice. The hostel infrastructure is also good. And sports facilities are also very decent in BIT MESRA. A proper stadium is there for Football, Badminton, Basketball, and Volleyball. The gym facility is also very good.

My two years at bit mesra

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in the seventh semester. Many big softech companies visit the campus like Amazon, Microsoft, Walmart, Accenture, and many more. The highest package for my branch went up to 50 lakhs last year. Almost all the students of the circuital branches get placed. Although the placement in non-circuital branches isn't good. After the degree, i plan on getting placed in a good company and working there.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course because here placements are very good. The faculties are very good and well-knowledgeable, and the student ratio is 1:4 for girls:boys. Faculties are well qualified from IITs and the teaching methods are also very nice. The term exam is taken after every four to five months and exams are easy.

B.I.T My Home town

Placement Experience:

The placement of this college is good. Approx. every student is placed. The average placement is 6 lakh. The students are eligible from the 7th semester for placement. The company visited are Tata steel, Vedanta, JSW, Tata Power, Tata Long Products, Deloitte, Sclumbereg, Amazon, Samsung, CISCO, Akash, Fiitjee, Byjus, etc. many big companies. In every company there are 5 to 6 students are placed. The placement package of Tata steel is 10 lakh, amazon is 44 lakh, etc. The percentage of students getting placements is 85 %. I want to go for teaching in Akash or Byjus, etc.

from 3rd year onwards placements start. Google, Microsoft, Atlassian, Amazon, Samsung, oracle, etc come and make great offers this year 87% were placed. the highest package for 2023 is not yet disclosed but ig it is 84lpa international by Atlassian to 5 students. the average package for 2022 was 20-21 LPA. Placement at BIT MESRA is Awesome.Cse average package is nearly 20lpa.Median package of cse is 16LPA.There is nearly 95%placements in cse Overall institute average is 13lpa with a median of 11lpa.Nearly 85% of the students got placed from Bit mesra in 2021-22 batch.From 6th semester, Students become eligible for sitting in placements. Major companies that visited our college are AMAZON, GOOGLE, FLIPKART, WALMART, GOLDMAN SACHS, FACEBOOK , TWITTER.My plan is to get a job in top MNC after completing my 4year btech.
