Mahak Gupta's Review On International Management Institute - [IMI], New Delhi | collegedunia.com

IMI

Remarks :

The admission process consisted of an Eligibility of minimum percentage in CAT Which then lead to profile-based selection which eventually lead to an Interview and then an extempore on a general topic and then the foralities. No reservation benefits were availed.

Course Curriculum Overview :

HR is a very crucial role in any organization plays as a centre of the organization and helps in developing, reinforcing and changing the culture of an organization. Pay performance, Training and development and onboarding all are included in this.

Internships Opportunities :

There are various companies from various fields that come to the campus for recruitment for Summer internship placement and final placement and offer roles according to the student's aspirations and desires. Alon with that campus also offers opportunities for various live projects.

Placement Experience :

Placements are good and in very diverse industries. Students become eligible after the first year. We have a 100 % of the student Placement rate. My plan after getting the degree is to Work in various domains of Human resources.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I did not get a Scholarship or any financial assistance. The cost of the study here is according to any private B school. On-campus jobs are not as available but you do get internships for your Growth.

Campus Life :

There are various fest and events that go on on the campus Cultural and management events. There is a rich source of libraries and journals along with Online libraries that are available to the students.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel Facility is really good . The food or the mess is handled by Sodexo and the food is good and Very diverse. Nearby there are many pg and flat facilities available to the students nearby making it feasible for the students.

Interview Experience :

During my admission process we had to give a Personal interview followed by an entompore at that very moment. My topic was related to the current affairs (about the russia ukraine war) along with that interview was a little hard to crack

Placement Experience:

The placements are really very good. the average package is 25 lakhs which are quite good if we talk about top MBA colleges. The highest package is offered by Trade companies which is about 80 lakhs at the Dubai location, followed by Trident, Amazon, Microsoft etc. 100% placements are there. My plan is to work for 5-6 years at a reputed firm and then go for a start-up.
