Sreeja's Review On International Management Institute - [IMI], New Delhi | collegedunia.com

Beautiful life at IMI

Remarks :

You must get at least 85 percentile on the CAT or XAT. I would suggest choosing IMI if you are interested in HR. We have a strong HR department with excellent, knowledgeable staff. The college gives us fantastic internships and job placements that provide us with excellent corporate exposure.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I enrolled in IMI because the professors and exposure were excellent, and I had always been drawn to the topic of human resources. Some of them have served on the boards of directors of reputable businesses and multinational corporations in India and overseas, where they assisted in the development of those businesses' competency frameworks.

Internships Opportunities :

The company offers numerous internship opportunities across various disciplines. For the finance industry, companies like Arceisium visited during the summer, and marketing opportunities were provided by firms including Tech Mahindra, Jio, Future Generali, and Deloitte.

Placement Experience :

The college has placed every student. A large number of businesses, including Dell, Arcesium, Axis Bank, Deloitte, and Reckitt visit the campus during the fifth term as part of the placement process. The maximum package ranges from 16 to 18 lakhs, with an average of 11 lakhs.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Class Size: 60 Course Fees: INR 962500 per year Loan/ Scholarship Provisions The cost of study, for now, is 19,25,000 and 24,25,000 including the hostel facility. You can take an education loan at very convenient interest rates. Moreover, the college provides scholarships to students coming from low-income backgrounds.

Campus Life :

I haven't been because our campus is opening in a month due to covid, but based on the assessments of the seniors, it is in a posh neighbourhood with lush green surroundings and three sports arenas on the school itself for recreation. Several groups and committees are available at the college to help students improve their leadership skills and become successful businesspeople.

Placement Experience:

The placements are really very good. the average package is 25 lakhs which are quite good if we talk about top MBA colleges. The highest package is offered by Trade companies which is about 80 lakhs at the Dubai location, followed by Trident, Amazon, Microsoft etc. 100% placements are there. My plan is to work for 5-6 years at a reputed firm and then go for a start-up.
