Remarks :

First, we have to give an exam known as the joint entrance exam(JEE). Then we have to face counseling on the JOSSA Online app which provide colleges and branch as per our results. Then after we got the enrollment form and we get a date for physical appearance in the academic and hostel. I want an improvement that JOSSA has to be updated because that site is very busy or not working well.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I got mechanical engineering in the National institute of technology Durgapur. I choose this branch because I think that I am good at this subject. Or one other thing is there that I got only 96 percentile. So I got only this branch in nit Durgapur. Here faculty are good electrical technology professors are very strict here they give very fewer marks.

Class Size : 230Course Fees : INR 75000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Companies like Mahindra, tata offer internships to students as I say that self-driving cars are designed here by the clubs. So the company like. Mahindra and tata offer internships to students of our college

Placement Experience :

From the third year or after the sixth semester students become eligible for campus placements. Several companies visited our campus like tata, Mahindra, TCS, Infosys, etc. About 80-90 percent of students got placement. As our average package is 8-9 lacks per annum

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

First, we have to pay 35000 after the first round in jossa for the second round. Then after we have to pay again 30000 for Partial Admission Fee(PAF). After that, we have to pay 45000 for admission and then we pay 15000 for the hostel mess.

Campus Life :

As I am an introverted boy. In my previous schools, my identity crisis was there .no one knows me. But in college, we have to face auditions for clubs in some clubs you have to face rejection or something else. To date, I do not join any club but I want to join the SAEINDIA club of nit Durgapur .as extra coculler activities yoga is my coculler activity. We have to go for this 2 days a week.

Hostel Facilities :

In the hostel, we got free wifi which is not always working but most of the time it works. We got a geyser for hot water there is no washing machine on my campus. There are six lifts in my hostel building only. Our mess is really good we have 5-6 days nonveg in a week.
