If you have a good attendance record, you might get grace marks as well. Since it is an autonomous institute, you will have to attend the classes. It does not matter whether you like the classes or not otherwise you will not get good internal marks. This is why there is a 60% mandatory attendance criterion.

Will Heritage Institute of Technology Kolkata refund me the fees if I take admission in another college in SPOT counselling of WBJEE 2021?

Yes, you will get a refund. However, you will not get the total amount. As by then you would have attended 9-10 classes in Heritage Institute of Technology, the institute will calculate that and hence deduct about 10-15% of the total fees. And the remaining amount will be refunded by the authority. But, it is important to know that this process is a little time-consuming. The authorities will take about 10-15 days to complete the refund process. One of my friends got admission to IEM Kolkata and after getting Kalyani in Spot round, he left IEM. He had gone through the whole refund process. The fee he paid was about INR 80 Thousand. He got a refund of about INR 69 Thousand. So, there is no such risk. You will surely get your fee refunded if you choose to leave this college.
