Be it any branch, I would always choose IIT Bhubaneswar over 2nd generation IITs such as IIT Gandhinagar and IIT Indore. Let’s discuss the worth of IIT Bhubaneswar in terms of common aspects like

• Academics: An easy way to judge the academic standards of an Institute is to compare the quality and quantity of research papers published. In these terms, IIT Bhubaneswar has an evident advantage over IIT Gandhinagar.

• IIT Indore EE placements are great. Students from the department get placed in companies like Mentor Graphics, Intel, Qualcomm, etc. You will also get good non-core placements.
