To get admission to any program at Conestoga College, you are required to have one of the following certificates related to English proficiency

Diploma/Certificate: 6.0 IELTS Academic and 80 TOEFL
Degree: 6.5 IELTS Academic and 88 TOEFL
Graduate Certificate: Some IT/engineering program require 6.5 IELTS Academic and 88 TOEFL

Since all the 3 conditions require TOEFL, it’s not possible to get admission to Conestoga College without TOFEL.
