Here are some of the best quantitative books for the CAT exam:

How to Prepare for Quantitative Aptitude - Arun Sharma. It is mostly preferred by the candidates.
TIME Quantitative material.
Quantitative Aptitude for Competitive Examination by RS Aggarwal.
Quantitative Aptitude for CAT by Nishit Sinha.
