For the NITIE GD round, you should prepare regular GD topics. Stay updated with the current happenings in Economics, Politics, and Technology. This will help you make good points during the group discussion round.

In the PI round, most questions will be on your profile. Prepare your undergraduate engineering subjects thoroughly. You can expect questions on Supply Chain and how your engineering branch and work experience are linked to Supply Chain.

There is no different GD/ PI round for the PGDPM course. The admission process of PGDIE, PGDMM, and PGDPM are the same and there is only one GD/ PI for all three.

For the preparation of GD –

  • You can go through the latest pieces of information regarding economics, politics, technology that will help you to make good points during group discussions.
  • Go for regular GD topics, and more than the topic it is all about your presence and attention to the details in the GD when you get an out-of-the-blue topic.

For PI –

  • Prepare about your work experience projects (your internship project in case of freshers).
  • Prepare a good introduction of yours, go through some basic economics concepts.
  • PI mostly depends on your profile.
  • You can expect questions on the supply chain and how your engineering background or work experience is linked to the supply chain.

There is nothing specific about NITIE when it comes to the process. Groom yourself, improve your presentation skills, and be confident.
