Your choice can be based either on the branch or on college.

I chose VMMC Delhi over the other three options (GMCH Chandigarh, AIIMS (other than Delhi) & CMC Vellore) for my MBBS.
According to me, the order of preference should be:
My reasons for this preference order are:
Due to these factors, I would suggest you opt for VMMC Delhi for your MBBS course.
Both LHMC and MAMC have a similar quality crowd and even the location is similar. In fact, LHMC is just 2 km away from MAMC. MAMC however, is nearer to the metro station.
LHMC takes postings seriously. The girls are given a lot of freedom so LHMC not being a co-ed hardly affects the quality of their campus life in any way. In fact, it makes it better because of the unimaginable freedom.
Both the colleges have a decent academic ambiance. LHMC is well-known for its OB-GYN and Pediatrics departments. Girls get a lot of hands-on experience and are trained excellently under the guidance of experienced faculty.
A true and literal comparison between these colleges can only be made after personally visiting colleges.

IRMA seems to have it all - top faculty, great infrastructure, excellent campus, and extensive exposure. It is well known for its specialization in Rural Management and becomes the best choice when it comes to RM aspirants. Before I go on, let me clarify a much common misconception about the Rural Management and Development Sector. The assumptions that the pay in the Development sector is extremely low and IRMA provides no corporate exposure are outright false.
I know a friend who gave up a scholarship at another B School for Rural Management at IRMA. He made this decision despite knowing it will be more hectic because of the 3 field components unlike 1 in the case of other B Schools.
There is an additional social sector course like Rural Society and Polity for instance. The main purpose of these courses is to broaden your tour horizon as IRMA serves the majority of the Indian population living in villages, who have a different set of problems and require a different type of thinking to solve them.
IRMA has 2 camps - pro-market and pro-development that respect each other. Such harmony leads to a better understanding of both pros and cons, and students can initiate a response to an emerging economy.
This field required an emphatic and sensitive attitude with monetary benefits not being the primary goal. The earning capacity is not exactly poor and the placement figures reveal 100% opportunities. Additionally, IRMA’s Social Entrepreneurship Cell is a haven for future entrepreneurs.
IRMA boasts of a rich alumni culture because they take pride in being an IRMAn which was possible after multiple efforts and hard work. The alumni connection ensures constant motivation and advice shared based on real-life experiences.
Overall IRMA offers a roller coaster of experiences you won’t forget in your entire life.
IIM Calcutta and XLRI Jamshedpur have a protracted rivalry that spans back several decades. The rivalry's beginnings can be found in the 1960s when both institutes were founded.
The first management institute to be founded with government assistance in India was IIM Calcutta, which opened its doors in 1961. The Society of Jesus founded the XLRI in Jamshedpur, which is one of India's oldest management institutions, in 1949.

Students and alumni from both institutes frequently engage in friendly competition and banter, making the rivalry between the two institutions mostly a friendly one. The Xavier Institute of Management (XLRI), Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME), and Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB) are all well-respected colleges that share a common heritage. All three were established by the same Jesuit society and have a strong connection to the Xavier or Loyola name. Another commonality between these colleges is that they all use the XAT exam as a selection criterion for their MBA programs.
Additionally, it is not uncommon for faculty members to move between XLRI, XIME, and XIMB. Despite these similarities, it is important to note that each of these colleges has its own distinct functioning and separate placement processes. It's important to research each of these colleges independently to understand the unique opportunities and resources each of these colleges offers.
