Among the above mentioned institutes, it is recommended that you go for CUSB (Central University of South Bihar) rather than CUH (Central University of Haryana).
Here are some reasons to choose CUSB:
CUSB also provides hostel facilities, with separate hostels for boys and girls. They have a computer lab, a bioinformatics lab and a media lab. They provide a sports complex, auditorium, gym, medical facilities and also shuttle service. Thus choosing CUSB for your PG courses will definitely prove to be good.
XLRI will be a better option among these. It is a true-blue B-school. Their HRM program is the best in the country. If you are interested in HRM, XLRI is the best option. Placements and exposure offered in this field are unparalleled. XLRI HRM average package is around INR 23-25 LPA.

MITS Gwalior is a better option for CS. Compared to UIT, it offers better academics and placements. Top recruiters for CS students through MITS Gwalior placement are Infosys, TCS Ninja, L&T Infotech, Lido Learning, etc. Around 75% of students get placed from the branch every year. The average CTC for the branch is around INR 5 LPA.
Reputed coachings like Career Launcher, T.I.M.E, Engineers Circle, etc. are located near MITS. So, it’s easier to prepare for competitive examinations as well.
The most important thing when it comes to such a decision is to follow the subject of your choice and then go for the institute criteria. ET and CSE are different and have major variations in their courses. Being a CSE graduate myself, I would prefer you also opt for CSE as it is widely in demand.
