B.Tech from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad

Having knowing people from both MNNIT and IIIT Allahabad, I can say that both are good institutes in terms of placement, faculty, and campus. The name tag is also big and the coding culture in both the institutes is also good. Choosing the college is entirely your decision.

  • If you want to make your career in the IT field then choose IIIT Allahabad. But if you are not sure whether you want to go into IT or some other field then choose MNNIT.
  • The placement of both MNNIT and IIIT is good.
  • The faculty of both are equally good.
  • The curriculum of IIIT Allahabad focused on IT from the first year itself and students of IIIT Allahabad are focused on making their career in the IT field.
  • In MNNIT subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Engineering Drawing will be taught.
  • Campus wise IIIT Allahabad campus is better than MNNIT. IIIT Allahabad has better facilities and infrastructure. Whereas, MNNIT infrastructure is not that good.

MR
Megha Rao Posted On : July 22nd, 2021
Studied MBA in Information Technology at S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research

ISB Hyderabad is the better option among the two. It ranks among the top-50 B-Schools in the world.

  • ISB Hyderabad's PGP admits students on the basis of their prior work experience. They expect each candidate to carry at least 2 years of work experience. It is the only flagship program of ISB Hyderabad.
  • All Mohali and Hyderabad campuses demonstrate the same kind of experience. But when it comes to the campus choice, you don’t get to choose it. All of them have the same sort of traits. Placements are campus neutral and happen in one place.
  • The career advancement service department at ISB includes 20+ members who provide the best job opportunities to the students from companies like Microsoft, Facebook, Google, Deloitte, Amazon, etc.
  • The visiting professors come from institutes Duke, Wharton, Kellogg, etc. All the faculties hold a Ph.D. and have their own journals published internationally.

SS
Shreeyash Sethiya Posted On : August 24th, 2021
Studies CSE at NIT Warangal, 2022

If you are efficient and hard-working, then NIT Surathkal can be the best choice for you. If not, then you can go for BITS Goa.

Depending upon various factors, the IT department of NIT Surathkal is slightly better. It is so because it is one of the most reputed NITs in the country, and IT is several steps ahead of ECE.

If BITS Pilan would have been your other option, the thoughts would have turned around. But since it is BITS Goa, then your choice must remain NIT Surathkal.
