IIIT Bhubaneswar: It has been recognized as an International Institute of Information Technology, where the first 50% of the seats are primarily reserved for the Odisha category, while the other 50% is decided upon the JEE Mains. The placement is comparably the same as IIIT Vadodara and in terms of infrastructure, it is largely adequate too.
IIIT Vadodara: The campus is as of now temporarily functioning at GEC Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The crowd and culture of the college will be influenced by where the students of the course come from. Baroda, on the other hand, has a diverse population. As MSU has a large number of students from Baroda, the college crowd would reflect this culture as well.
- Exposure: Baroda has a large industrial belt in and around it, so exposure is excellent if you choose MSU. Surat, in comparison, has the distinction of being the largest Diamond Polishing industry, along with the Textile industry, and should have very good industrial exposure opportunities, depending on the new University's efforts to attract experts from the existing Surat industry into the college for student exposure, which AURO University will not lack in.
However, MSU Baroda is a better choice than AURO University Surat for BBA Program because, since it is a well-known, established institution if you need to pursue higher studies after BBA, then studying there would give you better opportunities abroad. Universities and Colleges outside India always check the antecedents of the alma matter, from where the student has done the basic degree, and give a better chance to the old existing University, provided everything else is the same.
What should I choose, CSE at NITT or CSE at IIIT Allahabad?
IIIT Allahabad does not offer CSE as far as all the NITs in India are concerned, NIT Trichy is the best. The CSE department is quite well recognized too in the institute.
- If you appeared for the JEE Mains, you would need a rank between 280 to 876 at least to secure a seat here.
- NIT Trichy has a very big campus and you will have some of the best 4 years of your life here.

One of my cousins studying at IIIT Vadodara said that it is much better than IIIT Surat. Following are some of the facts on why IIIT Vadodara would be a better option than IIIT Surat:
- IIIT Vadodara is an institute of national importance that will give brand value to a degree.
- IIIT Vadodara is running BTech in two specializations – Computer Science and Information Technology. They do not offer ECE, whereas IIIT Surat offers B.Tech in CSE and ECE.
- The coding culture at IIIT Vadodara is growing at a fast pace. If you are into coding, then you will get your desired environment in learning coding skills.

If the branch is not your concern, you can go for IIIT Vadodara otherwise opt for ECE at IIIT Surat.
Which is the best college LD College of Engineering Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya SFI or Sardar Patel University at V V Nagar in Gujarat?
If you can afford it, go for it. Because it is a bustling green campus with 40 odd colleges, you will have an unforgettable experience. Placements used to be nice, but they’ve taken a hit recently; however, they’re still good if you’re good at studies (scoring 6.5 CGPA).
LD is also a good college, but it’s not better than BVM, aside from the affordable fees and the fact that it’s in Ahmedabad.
You should also know that LD College and BVM are Engineering colleges. Whereas, Sardar Patel University V.V. Nagar provides B.Sc., M.Sc., and other non-engineering courses.
Now, here’s a comparison of BVM and LD that will give you get a better picture.
- In terms of education, BVM is superior to LD. The faculty at BVM is the most experienced and knowledgeable. LD, on the other hand, is not well-known for its educational offerings. Lectures are not given on time, and attendance is never an issue in LD.
- In terms of placement, more companies visit LD than BVM, but if you are good enough and have good grades and aptitude, you will be placed at either college. According to the recent placement highlights the average CTC offered at LD College of Engineering is 4 LPA.
- The LD campus is much larger than the BVM campus, but both colleges’ infrastructure is very old, whereas the BVM campus has all necessary student facilities.
- If you want to live in a city and experience city life, choose LD; if you want to live in a peaceful environment with all necessary infrastructure, choose BVM.
Overall, I would recommend BVM.
Which college is better for aerospace engineering, Madras Institute of Technology or Manipal Institute of Technology?
The Aerospace Engineering department MIT Chennai was the first to offer an undergraduate program in aerospace engineering in India. Should I join Nirma University, Ahmedabad, or RVCE Bangalore (engineering)?
Both Nirma University and RVCE Bangalore are one of the prestigious colleges in India for Engineering. NIRF 2020 has ranked Nirma University at 131 for engineering. Whereas, RVCE Bangalore is ranked 70 for engineering by NIRF 2020. One thing which also needs to be taken into consideration is that Nirma University is a private University situated in Ahmedabad while RVCE is a semi-autonomous University.
Admission
Nirma University offers BTech courses in various specializations at the UG level for engineering whereas RVCE offers BE degrees.

RVCE considers the marks of KCET or CET and the 12th marks for creating the merit list, while Nirma University takes the JEE score into account.

Which should I opt for out of IIM Nagpur, IIM Vizag and TAPMI?
IIMs have a brand name and are doing at par or even better than TAPMI, despite being new. So, you can go for either IIM Vizag or IIM Nagpur.

You should opt for Great Lakes Gurgaon, it is a better option. It offers better placements and brand value. Great Lakes placement 2022 had a 100% placement rate. The average CTC received by the students was INR 16 LPA. Big brands such as Accenture, Deloitte, Wells Fargo, etc. visit the campus placement of Great Lakes Gurgaon. The ROI offered by the institute is pretty good as well.
