There are several excellent professors in every department at NIT Trichy. In the Chemical Engineering department, there are a number of faculties who have their qualifications and achievements worth listing. Some of them are listed below.

• Dr. T. K. Radhakrishnan- He is one of the most notified professors in NIT Trichy. Dr. Radhakrishnan has over 60 papers presented in his career and has written several journals.
• Dr. N. Anantharaman-He is famous for his relaxed classes and teaching style in the Chemical Engineering department. He has over 60 publications in total and also has authored few books on several topics.
• Dr. (Mrs). K. M. Meera S. Begum- She teaches the most important “Mass Transfer” subject in Chemical Engineering, and takes a lot of classes. She provides students with some excellent fundas that are relevant and very useful. She also has several publications in her career.

Though there are several other excellent faculties at NIT Trichy, the list above is exclusive to the Chemical Engineering department only.

Well, it completely depends on your expectation, what you are used to. If you expect epicure meals or similar taste as home-cooked food, then you will be definitely disappointed.

• You have to pay rupees 80 for an unlimited buffet and the quality of the food, in that case, will be quite different. However, you will not be disappointed at all with the food variety.
• Moreover, there are generally four mess boys; two out of them serve North Indian Food, and the rest two serve South Indian Dishes. 
• Each of these messes is operated by altered cooking companies. 

Therefore, students choose to select the mess they will dine at; so that the caterer can make tasty and good quantity food for them, as there is a competition.

NIT Trichy is not overrated. The ratings and recognitions have generally come from several agencies at the time of different occasions. Go through the following to understand why NIT Trichy deserves the reputation it has.

But this institute is able to attract talents from different worldwide locations. After clearing all these difficulties, this institute will be rated more than the present score.
