Both IIIT Kota and NIT Delhi are government colleges and come with a fancy tag of IIIT and NIT. But LNMIIT is better than the above two. Here are the reasons why.

• Academics and Cultural Fests at LNMIIT are much better than those of IIIT Kota and NIT Delhi.
• LNMIIT is well established as it was established much before IIIT Kota and NIT Delhi. Due to the above point, it has a vast alumni network.
• The academic and Coding environment at LNMIIT is much better than IIIT Kota and NIT Delhi and hence it provides ample opportunities for its students to grow.
• Not just is Coding, LNMIIT provides many opportunities in other fields too.
• There are many societies and clubs like tech clubs, sports clubs, etc which provides everyone with a fair chance to grow and get involved in things he likes.

Finally, if you are a learning enthusiast and are keen to explore new things, you won't regret joining this college. My friend was torn between choices a few years back, and after much consideration he chooses LNMIIT. Based on his experience, I can say it was the right decision. 

Among the colleges mentioned, the major competition lies between BIT Mesra and IIIT Lucknow. However, this can be compared and proved by the kind of students that take admission in those two colleges in comparison to LNMIIT.

IIIT Lucknow

3. Its average package is quite comparable to other IITs too in a very shorter duration of time.

BIT Mesra

1. You will get access to better infrastructure.
2. You will experience better campus life.
3. You will get a stronger connection to the alumni network.
4. It holds a bigger campus area.
5. Its reputation is top out of other IIITs.

In conclusion, IIIT Lucknow’s progress is many times faster than BIT Mesra. Even the B.Tech course in Computer Science at Indian Institute of Information Technology, Lucknow has the lowest fees than the other two colleges.

IGDTUW is ranked 25th, MAIT is ranked 71st, and LNMIIT is ranked 67th for engineering in India by India Today 2020. All these institutes have their advantages and disadvantages. Here are a few important points that you need to consider while choosing an institute between these three.

Admission:

• To qualify for MAIT BTech courses candidates need to sit for the IPU CET exam. For IGDTUW and LNMIIT, candidates need to sit for the JEE Main examination.

• Candidates need to score 60% for IGDTUW and 55% for MAIT and LNMIIT in their 10+2 examination.

• Students are allotted seats after going through the JAC Delhi counseling for IGDTUW, GGSIPU counseling for MAIT, and LNMIIT Jaipur counseling for LNMIIT.

MAIT:

Although MAIT does not have the largest campus, there is no lack of facilities and student activities.

LNMIIT:

MAIT, IGDTUW, and LNMIIT all of these institutes offer decent academics and placement opportunities. As for which institute will be better for you, you should be the one to decide that.

Both NMIMS and LNMIIT are top-ranking colleges with a national rank of 43 and 67 by India Today’20. The total seats in NMIMS and LNMIIT are 180 and 240 respectively.

NIRF has ranked Thapar University 29th in the Engineering category. Whereas, LNMIIT Jaipur has been ranked 194 for B.Tech by NIRF. As Thapar university is among the finest universities for CSE in North India and LNMIIT Jaipur is an emerging college in the field of IT, these colleges are compared often. Given below is a brief comparison between the two institutes.

CSE at Thapar University

• Established in 1956, the University also has a larger alumni network as compared to LNMIIT Jaipur.
• The course fee for CSE at Thapar is 17.08 lakhs. Admissions at Thapar University is based on JEE Mains scores. The minimum eligibility criteria are 10+2 with 70% aggregate in PCM.
• The CSE department of Thapar has excellent infrastructure. It also has a great coding culture. The department has many technical and non-technical societies that organize many coding competitions, hackathons, all year round.

CSE at LNMIIT Jaipur

• Admissions at LNMIIT Jaipur is based on JEE Mains scores and direct admission is offered to Central & State Board toppers. The minimum eligibility criteria are standard 12th with 60% aggregate in PCM. The total course fee is 14.8 lakhs.
• According to reports as per 2019, LNMIIT Jaipur recorded the highest salary package as 36 LPA and the average salary package 10 LPA. The top recruiters included Amazon, Oyo, Microsoft, Sapient, Goldman Sachs, etc. Students also get selected for GSoC from LNMIIT.

LNMIIT Jaipur provides opportunities for extensive research work. It also provides Summer internship programs. The programs are attended by students from IITs and NITs.

Although LNMIIT Jaipur has a lower course fee, in terms of placements, alumni network, coding culture Thapar University is better for CSE.

LNM Institute of Technology (LNMIIT) is a deemed university and has been recognized by UGC and approved by AICTE, ARIIA and AISHE. It has been accredited ‘A’ grade by the NAAC. The college was ranked 57th for private engineering by India Today and 77th for Engineering by The Week. The college provides Communication & Computer Engineering as a four-year course at a fees of 12.36 lakhs.

• MSI:The minimum eligibility criteria for the course is having cleared 10+2 examinations with 50% aggregate. Further, students are selected on the basis of rank secured in IPU-CET, the common entrance examination for IPU colleges. The course has a total of 180 seats available.
• SFIT: The minimum eligibility criteria for the course is having cleared 10+2 examinations with 50% aggregate. Further, students are selected on the basis of rank secured in MHT-CET. The college offers 120 seats for the course.
• LNMIIT: The eligibility criteria for candidates for ECE is 60% marks in their 10+2 examinations. Candidates are further selected on the basis of their score in JEE Main. The college offers 120 seats for the course.

All 3 colleges stand toe-to-toe with one another, being the top private MBA institutes in the country. The colleges have a similar admission procedure. LNMIIT has a bigger campus, costlier fees structure, better placement packages, and rankings compared to the other two. However, MSI and SFIT are much cheaper and provide decent placements.
