- Caste Validity Certificate for candidates having Caste Certificate issued by the state of Maharashtra.
- Original Certificates with persons with disabilities.
- Transfer / Migration Certificate.
- 4 Passport size photographs.

Assam University is a Central University and is a teaching cum affiliating university located in Silchar, Assam. It was established under the enactment of Assam (Central) University act.
The main campus is situated at Dargakona which is about 20 km away from Silchar city and is spread over 600 acres of land. The campus is set amid the beautiful landscape of Assam and provides a very good environment for the students to study and for the researchers to carry on their work. There is also another campus of the university which is located at Diphu in the district of Karbi Anglong, Assam.
