All the mentioned NITs are among the top engineering institutes in the country. Out of all the NITs in India, the best choice is NIT Rourkela. As some of my friends studied there I might be able to give you some reasons. These are:

• NIT Rourkela is famous for its Chemical Branch. 
• The research culture of the institute is outstanding.
• The institute has been ranked 16th in the NIRF Ranking for Engineering 2020. It is way above all the three institutes mentioned.
• The JEE Main cut-offs are high. So, only the best students get a chance for admission. 
• The college also encourages diversity.

The fee and chemical branch placement details are as follows.

The top recruiters include L&T, Reliance, Tata, P&G, Parle, ACC Cement, Aditya Birla, IOCL, PGCIL, NTPC, GMR Energy, GlaxoSmithKline, and more.

Overall, NIT Rourkela is an excellent choice. After CSE and EC branches, the Chemical branch recorded the highest placements. The return on investment of college is decent. But you should opt for it only if you can deal with and function under strict regulations and laws.

There are not many differences between the two universities. Patna Women’s College has a good reputation as well as a good infrastructure. The answer is very subjective as the answer will vary from person to person.

• Colleges under Patna University such as Magadh Mahila College, P Women’s College are for women which tell us that Patna University takes the education of women seriously. 
• B.N. College under Patna University offers science.
• Some students get placed and also get placement opportunities in Save the Children, World Vision, Care India, etc.
• In the case of Ranchi University, the highest package offered to the students is INR 3.47 LPA. 
• The students of the fourth semester are eligible for the campus placements. 
• The top companies that visit the campus for recruitment are HDFC Bank, Tech Mahindra, TCS, Infosys, etc.

Internship opportunities at NIT Rourkela, ICAR, Sun Pharma, IICB Kolkata are also provided to the students of the end semester at Ranchi University. Both these colleges are quite similar, so choose the one that meets your requirements.

CSE is considered a better option than ECE in today’s current scenario and has much better scope and field of work. The scope for CSE broadens with each passing day and with every new invention in the fields of technology and the IT sector. Although ECE is one of the core branches of IET Lucknow still CSE has more demand compared to it.

Following are some drawbacks of the ECE branch at IET Lucknow over CSE:

• You need a higher percentage of attendance to become eligible for exams. Less attendance leads to deduction of marks.
• The syllabus is huge for every semester
• The professors are very strict with the evaluation process and do not give marks easily
• There are a lot of lab practicals and assignments to complete in a very short period of time.

CSE has a better environment than ECE with no strict attendance regulation. The professors in the CSE department are friendly. The placement of the CSE branch is far better than any other branch in IET Lucknow. 

IIIT Vadodara has been established with an aim to develop new knowledge technology and provide manpower to the global standards for the IT industry. Practically the institute lacks facilities that are required to meet this objective.

Problems with IIIT Vadodara:

• The institute is far from the minimum standards that an institute of national importance should have.
• DAICT is decent institute but has not mentored IIIT Vadodara properly.
• The institute is struggling with research, placements, and research.
• The institute’s faculty is young and struggling to match the standard quality of teaching. More new faculties with rich experience are required.
• The students are directed to do only theoretical learning and are not exposed to innovative and cutting-edge research driven teaching.

IIIT Kota:

• The institute has excellent hostel facilities with internet, mess, and canteen.
• Library is well-equipped with all books and digital library.
• The institute has decent sports facility, medical and IT facility.
• The institute is government-run, so there are various opportunities for scholarship.
• The placements are also decent. The highest package offered was 30 LPA while the lowest package was 3.5 LPA. The top recruiters were TCS, Amazon, and MAQ Software.

Winning Institute:

As per the problems faced by IIIT Vadodara, it is clear that IIIT Kota has an edge over it. IIIT Kota has the clear winning points.

For BA Economics honours LSR will be a better option as compared to Ashoka University. Given below are the reasons why.

1. Lady Shri Ram (LSR) is one of the most reputed colleges in Delhi and it also has an enviable alumni base. The focus of Delhi University’s system is a lot more on the undergraduate programs. The professors sincerely dedicate a minimum of 35 hours for teaching.

2. Ashoka University is also a good university but it is quite expensive to pursue a course from as compared to LSR/DU. The course fee BA Economics (Hons.) degree is 16,390 for first year in LSR. At Ashoka University the course fee is 8.85 lakhs for the first year for BA Economics (Hons.) degree.

3. LSR will provide you with a strong and ambitious peer group as the students of LSR Economics students aim for Yale and Harvard universities after their graduation.

4. The placement rate and record of LSR is better than Ashoka University.The students at LSR get placed with placement packages ranging between 5-15 LPA. MNCs like EY, Mckinsey, BCG, etc. visit the campus to recruit students. On the other hand, the students at Ashoka University receive an average placement package of 6-7 lakhs. Companies like Deloitte, Clix Capital, Business Standard, Genpact, India Infoline Finance Limited, McKinsey & Co, etc. visit the campus for placement drives.

NIT Raipur is the Institute of National Importance(INI). It provides bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees in engineering, technology, architecture, and basic sciences.

Before 2011-12 there were only 39 NITs in the country but now there are 73 and almost all fall under the MHRD Accreditation.

Major things you need to know about NIT Raipur:

• Education: You've to do it on your own. Yes, good faculty is there to help you in your studies but there will be no spoon-feeding like school.
• Infrastructure: Quite old but okay as now they're undergoing renovation, so many new facilities are available now. The campus runs to an area of about 100 acres. There are 8 hostels with more than 3000 students and each hostel has its own mess.
• Faculty: You will find many senior faculties arrogant and having old age mentality but some of them are very supportive and encouraging.
• Places to hang out: There are a lot of recreational activities here, you'll get to know them once you enroll here. Raipur is a very decent city with wonderful people. It also has a much lower crime rate according to recent times.

As per my friends’ opinion, NIT Raipur would be a much better choice than SGSITS Indore.
