Dr. Mahaveer Sain is Head of MCA Department in the MAISM University. He did B.Sc. from Jai Narayan Vyas University and M.Sc. (CS) from Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth. He also completed M.Tech. (IT) from Karnataka State Open University and Ph.D. from University of Rajasthan. He has more than 12 years of experience in the education sector.

What are your roles and responsibilities?

“To provide a high excellence standard and manage activities of the department”

My duty is to lead, manage and develop activities of the department. We give a high excellence standard in education. All activities managed effectively by students and faculties of our department. 

How do you establish healthy relations with students and fellow faculty in MAISM University, Jaipur?

“Build friendly behavior with students and develop interest in subjects”

We understand students' behavior from the first day. They can share difficulties with faculties and solve it easily. Our faculties make friendly behavior with students and develop interest in subjects. Hence, we build healthy relationships with students. 

How do you bring a practical approach towards subjects as industry oriented?

“Provide internships, industrial visits and interactive sessions for pupils”

We give visual and practical learning experiences for students from academics. They get industrial concepts through industrial visits. We give interactive sessions through photos, videos, and other illustrations. It makes them understand concepts easily.

What challenges have you faced to uplift the quality of education of MAISM University, Jaipur?

“Make funding, curriculum building and raise technical education standards”

One of the challenges is to acknowledge and address overcrowding. We make it difficult for funding and raise teachers' standards. Our campus addresses the school-to-prison pipeline. Classroom-running and curriculum-building decisions rely in the hands of the community, sometimes difficult. 

How do you help your student to cope up with the outside competition?

“Teamwork, offer rewards, and positive competition among campus”

We help students to make positive competition between students. They get rewards during activities and wet smart goals. Faculties Know our Students and work as Teamwork. We mix Fun into Learning for students. 

What approaches do you bring in apart from curriculum to train students in MAISM University, Jaipur?

“Develop social skills, build relationships, and enhance good communication skills for students”

We build good relationships and change the strategies of communication. Our faculties review and reteach the process for students. They can develop social skills to get a better career.
