What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education-sector?

“Being able to develop an environment conducive to learning”

Management of Education in past and present has been challenging and it has seen many ever-evolving changes in terms of dissemination of learning. Effective education leadership makes a difference in improving the learning environment. So while addressing such questions it provides a leader with an abundance of opportunities to keep the personal learning wheel spinning. Connected to the education sector, we have to spend a lot of time understanding the new age concepts which many a time are challenging in nature and experimenting the same with the teachers and students is a routine process to churn out the best.

How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your school?

“Making use of digital platforms to get the maximum benefit”

Being a Director there is still much more to learn about the essentials of marketing and how to harness its benefits. We earlier used to vouch for the word of mouth niche but this year amidst the COVID 19 pandemic the entire Hospitality Industry has taken a set back and the mindset of parents and students has changed for Hospitality education. So this year we strategized the marketing plan focused more on career avenues for students who will pursue hospitality education. Various social media channels were used, webinars were conducted, and career prospects based posts were created, to create awareness about the hospitality sector. We also organized various online competitions and workshops by experts for students to keep their learning sprits high.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

“Nurture your professional skills and become successful entrepreneurs”

I would suggest that if they have a desire to have a fast-growing career that is not confined to the boundaries of a nation they should fearlessly look towards Hospitality Programmes as a career choice. The only quality they should have within them is the desire to learn, participate, and perform as by doing this they will become leaders of tomorrow.
