Prof. S.S. Gawande is the Assistant Professor of KK Wagh College Of Agricultural Engineering And Technology. She did M.Tech. in Renewable Energy Engineering from Dr. Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth and Masters in the department of Renewable Energy Engineering. She authored a research paper in the International Journal of Scientific Research in Engineering and Management and delivered a radio talk on Mahila v saur urja & Biochar Production at All India Akashwani Kendra, Nashik.

What are your roles and responsibilities?

“To provide academic support, guidance, and implement quality education for all”

One of my roles is to impart academic support, supervise students, give guidance and organize meetings. It is essential to give academic support to faculty members. My responsibility is to give the best education and knowledge to pupils. 

What keeps you connected with the education sector?

“Teaching and Research connect me with the education sector”

I am associated with the education industry after my Master's degree. One of my passions is teaching and research. I always try to update the skills of students with the latest trends instead of normal teaching. 

What extracurricular activities do you organize to enhance the skills of the students?

“Part-Time Jobs, Sports Participation, Academic Clubs, Volunteering Service and Internships available to students”

Each activity improves the learning channels for students. It offers opportunities in real-world scenarios and raises the academic skills of students. Some of the programs on our campus are Part-Time Jobs, Sports Participation, Academic Clubs, Artistic Pursuits, Volunteering Service and Internships.

We encourage students to participate in several programs. The e-courses for pupils raise their skill set and knowledge. Research work assigned to students increases the thinking limits for each pupil.
