How did you train yourself and your faculties to deliver the programs to students in the best possible way?

During the start of each semester, we conduct rigorous meetings to plan and smoothly execute lectures and lab schedules along with co-curricular activities and events in accordance with the academic calendar, and both our teaching and non-teaching staff provide us their full support. Also, as and when required, we conduct Faculty Development Programs to train our teachers and upgrade their skills sets in line with ever changing educational trends and industrial developments.

What challenges have you faced while improving the curriculum and programs of your college?

"Upgrading the skills of our faculties in line with changing technologies was a real challenge"

In my opinion, training our faculty members and upgrading their skills as per educational and industrial standards was always a challenging task for us. But with proper planning and by organizing various co-curricular activities and customized training programs for our teachers, we have removed most of the hurdles from our path.

On what types of projects your students are currently working on under their respective courses?

Our main objective behind assigning the projects to students is to help them practically implement what they have studied in classrooms. And our students work on a wide variety of mini, micro and major projects throughout the year to use their fundamental knowledge to find the solutions of real world issues and we provide our full support and guidance to them for the same.
