What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Responsibility to build ethical and morally aware workforce”

The education sector is the most important sector as it decides the future of society and shapes the nation. If the students are given proper education and human values, society can be progressive and rich in ethical values. So this is a great responsibility on the shoulders of the people involved in teaching to disseminate the best values to produce good human beings, good citizens and competent professionals.

What is your philosophy of leadership?

“Putting in our best efforts by taking a unidirectional approach”

My leadership style is to make a harmonious team to achieve the goal by putting our best efforts through a unidirectional approach. For example, all horses should be directing their efforts in one direction to achieve the goal quickly and efficiently without any conflict of interests.

How do you plan for the marketing and administration of your college?

Administration is based on the right actions at the right time to facilitate good qualities”

The strategy is to give the best opportunities to the students for their overall growth and monitor for any problems being faced by them. For marketing, we give proper publicity of the college to the public. Further, we ensure that the students studying on the campus should be satisfied. They can give proper and positive feedback about the college to the aspiring students in their circle.

What can an inbound student gain from studying here at your university?

“Opportunity to learn more about the practical aspects of the subject”

The education system is student-friendly in foreign countries whereas it is traditional and based more on remembering the subjects. Both systems have their own benefits and drawbacks. In our college, the students learn more about the practical aspects of the subject which gives more information about the subject. It will be remembered for quite a long time. It is useful when the practical implementation of the knowledge is required. Practical training and workshops are conducted. The students are referred to the pharmaceutical industries to work as a trainee in the real environment.

How does the curriculum of your college ensure the best practice of industry?

“Industrial training and practical lab sessions for better understanding”

The College has a model pharmaceutical laboratory that mimics the pharmaceutical industry. Students make tablets, capsules, syrups and injections similar to those manufactured in the pharmaceutical industries. They are encouraged to undergo practical training in the pharmaceutical industry during summer vacation.
