Being a Faculty at Ambedkar institute, what are your responsibilities towards the students?

"To conduct events like seminars and training and impart best quality education"

Being an Associate Professor, I am accountable to provide an in-depth knowledge of the subject to students. I am also responsible to offer them required practical experience by conducting seminars, debates, essay writings and article writings for their further development. Because all these activities imparts courage even in slow learners and beginners.

How do you establish healthy relations with the students and fellow faculty?

"By ensuring my presence in their need and listening to them with full attention"

To maintain a cordial relationship with my students, I teach them with passion, listen to their queries and issues with full attention. And when it comes to my fellow colleagues, I make my presence whenever they need my support and I also share the work with them to balance everything. 

How do you introduce a practical and industry oriented approach towards subjects?

"By directly exposing them with corporate world through activities like guest sessions"

We conduct guest lectures for our students where we invite prominent industry experts of various fields to share their experiences and expectations with us. These sessions also help us to encourage our students because through these kinds of direct exposure, they become more confident. .

Which best practices are offered by your college to students to help them gain necessary skills?

"We have an amazing library for students with tremendous book collection"

The faculties of our college use a wide variety of tools such as PowerPoint Presentation to teach our students. We also have a big library and it has a very huge collection of books, students can read and utilize any book for all kinds of exams.

How do you strategize and update the curriculum to make it befitting for the students?

"By using online platforms to interact with students about their needs and issues"

We make best use of online platforms to enhance our teaching and interaction with students to solve their doubts. And these e-platforms are also used to introduce new programs for the growth and benefits of our students.

What are your views upon the higher education of the students from your college?

"We provide our full support to students for pursuing higher education"

We offer our full support in the form of guidance and career counseling to those students who want to go for higher education after finishing their UG and PG courses. 

How do you help your student to cope up with this competitive world?

"By enhancing my teaching methodologies"

I keep upgrading our teaching techniques so that our students can compete in the outside world as there are abundant growth opportunities and scope in the corporate sector. I also encourage them to have faith in their skills and experience.

Which extracurricular activities are organized in college to enhance the skills of the students?

"We organise various personality development trainings and competitions for them"

We conduct different kinds of co-curricular activities such as speech competitions where we give them a random topic and ask them to speak for 1-2 minutes. Likewise we arrange sports activities to keep them physically fit. 

Which challenge did you face while uplifting the quality of education of your department?

"Inculcating practical knowledge and skills in students was a challenge for us"

Imparting practical knowledge in students and making them understand that at the same time was a bit challenging for us.

When you came to this college, what was your vision for it?

"To help everyone and become a good teacher and colleague"

When I visited this college for the very first time, my aim was to help everyone and be the best colleague and teacher. 

How does the curriculum of your college ensure the best practices of industry?

"We take everyone suggestions while drafting our curriculum"

While drafting and updating the curriculum, we take suggestions from everyone including our students, teachers, staff and industry partners to make us aware about the weak areas and loopholes. And all this helps us improve our teaching methodology and motivates us to do more for the betterment of students. 

How does your college enhance the skills of its faculty and prepare them according to the industry standards?

"By providing best training programs to them"

We take feedback from our students on a regular basis about subjects and knowledge which is being given to them. This helps us to bring the best training programs for our faculties as and when required. 

What are the approaches you bring in apart from curriculum to teach the students?

"I keep the environment light and participative"

While teaching my students, I try to keep the environment interactive so that students don't get bored and take genuine interest in lectures.

What are the greatest strengths of your college?

"Our faculty are our main pillar of strength"

Our highly qualified and experienced faculty who come from different parts of India makes us strong as they spread the best knowledge in our students through their hard work and dedication.

What valuable advice would you like to give to the students to have a prosperous career ahead?

"Live a disciplined life and keep upgrading yourself"

I would like to advise my students to attend their classes and class activities regularly, learn legal terms and interact with their respective teachers to clarify doubts. Also share your ideas and thoughts with such persons who can help you to implement them. Only a disciplined life will help you to achieve your goals.
