Leadership is all about innovation, taking initiatives and teamwork with the people, and our ability to anticipate and effectively respond to change and create opportunity. It is about motivating your team members, in terms of finding pathways and the right direction for achieving mission’s goals. I focus on active listening and creating positivity among the students and staff. I also ensure availability to be there and team building for getting high outputs.

What do you think your roles and responsibilities towards the students are?

“Enhancing academic and developmental activities”

I work to strategize and develop the standard curriculum and make constant teaching methods to enhance academic growth of students. I take a role in monitoring students' achievement and coverage of the parents’ involvement, and revising policies and procedures to maintain a smooth workflow within the Institute. I hire and audit the staff performance and ensure the faculty's high output that helps make students have a constant learning system and upskill and upgrade them according to current trends.

What do you think should be the College’s top priority over the next 10 years?

What do you see as Sanskrithi School of Engineering’s greatest strengths?

“National and international tie-ups for student welfare”

Sanskrithi School of Engineering has tie-ups with Andhra Pradesh government to offer skill development courses to the students, and have also got the centre for excellence from them to upgrade their skills. We are connected with Rise company, Austria, and conduct one type of course with them using a separate model. Every year faculties from Rise are deputed here and mentor students. We also give out free scholarships to meritorious and underprivileged students of rural and poor economic backgrounds. Also, we provide healthy and hygienic, monitored food in our college.

How does the curriculum of your college ensure the best practice of industry?

“Regular industry interactions and training set ups”

Apart from regular classroom approaches to bring in students specialized subject knowledge, we frequently take our students to visit research industries like Wipro, DRDO, IIC Bangalore, etc. Also, we conduct free AMCET coaching and provide several government policies like green environment, 100% placements, training and placement that are effectively carried out. Moreover, we have teaching faculty equipment of high level. We have MHRD innovation lab set up as well within the campus.

What are some of the plans that you are currently designing for the students?

“Advanced programs and innovative start-ups”

We would be offering a PG Diploma in Advanced technologies which is in tie-up with Rise Institute of Technology, Austria. We upright the proposal for the centre for excellence in Artificial Intelligence. Also, we are providing funding for Infrastructure development and Research facilities. Academics is already good so we focus on how the innovation startup will be tuned by our students.
