With an MBA degree from Andhra University, she is an academician with 15 yrs of teaching experience with different educational institutions and 10 yrs of corporate experience. She has attended various national and international seminars, conferences, symposiums and workshops.
What are your roles and responsibilities as a professor to the students?
“Getting them ready for placements and growth”
My roles and responsibilities are enormous. For students, as these are their career-building years, I train them accordingly to get them placed in reputed organizations during campus drive or help them pursue higher education. We have to also understand the emotional, psychological and all the other important needs of a student.
What suggestions would you like to give to the upcoming or aspiring students?
“Time management and wide skills are a must”

“Internationalization and online education”
Due to globalization, a competitive environment, a lot of changes have happened. According to my, they are regarding educational up-gradation, networking or technological advancements. This pandemic has also taught online classes, helping students achieve continuity in their education orientation through digital means.

The latest technological upgradation due to the pandemic led the faculty to face the challenges from offline classes to online. Conducting presentations, seminars, exams and vice versa online was difficult initially, however, we have transformed ourselves according to the need of the hour comfortably mainly due to various digital platforms as Zoom and Google meets.
