What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“My young and curious students keep me motivated everyday”

The education sector is one of the noblest professions that gives you the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students. An educational institute is nothing but one big family where you can share your ideas, thoughts and emotions with each other. This profession provides me with opportunities to bring out creativity and imagination from the students in the teaching-learning process. Apart from my personal interest in teaching, my interest lies in research and learning new things every day.

Therefore, the curriculums of all three courses are well-designed and revised almost every semester according to current industrial needs which helps greatly for students recruitment and placement.

When you first came to Kalol Institute of Management (KIM), what was your vision for the Institutions? Has it evolved, and how far along in implementing that vision are you?

Our vision is to be a world-class centre for education and learning for students. We are putting in every effort to attain excellence in education to contribute to the socio-economic transition in the nation. We plan on doing this by giving unique teaching-learning opportunities for the students.

The institute imparts quality education with an emphasis to prepare our students as per the requirement of the recruiters for the challenges of tomorrow. We offer a curriculum to deliver sound contemporary principals of computer and management and at the same time focusing on the personal development of the students.
