Fourth Convocation Ceremony in Medi-Caps University

Medi-Caps University, Indore, a pioneer in the field of education, organizes its fourth convocation ceremony on 21 November, 2021 in the gentle presence of the Chief Guest Prof. (Dr) M. P. Punia Vice-Chairman, AICTE, New Delhi and Prof Bharat Sharan Singh Chairman MPPURC. Keeping in mind the corona pandemic, this year the event was organized by the university in hybrid mode. The ceremony will start at 10.00am in the major auditorium in the presence of invited dignitaries, media people, students and parents.
Acting on the suggested instructions for Corona epidemic, only selected meritorious students of each course have been invited to the program along with their parents and rest of the other students will participate online. The Chancellor will confer the Gold Medal and Degree to the students who passed with the highest marks in all the faculties which are functioning in the University. Around 1712 students will be awarded the degree.
Grand rehearsal of the program has been scheduled on Saturday 20/11/2021 in the morning and all registered students have been invited for the same. For smooth functioning of the program a steering committee has been designed. From this year, Medi-Caps University is felicitating one alumnus every year as Distinguished Alumnus with regard to the career achievements and the work in the society. The alumni can send their profiles for the same by filling a form provided by the University.
9th Alumni Meet at Medi-Caps University, Indore

Medi-Caps University is going to conduct another alumni meet of this season on November 20. This year Medi-Caps University is celebrating 21st year of graduating of skilled professionals. In the past two decades, a good number of students have joined and graduated from this campus. In the last two years, due to Covid-19 it was not feasible to host the alumni meet in the campus, physically. The Alumni Cell, Medi-Caps University is thrilled to announce their yearly alumni meet in person this year. This meet shall be in a hybrid mode (online and offline), keeping in mind those who may not be able to attend the meet in person with all safety protocols being strictly followed as per government guidelines. There will be open discussions and cultural events to commemorate the old joyous days of the pass out batches.
Medi-Caps as a group has completed 21 years in academia and is still contributing at its best. About 20000 students have passed out from the group and former students of the university are illuminating their own name and college as well as Medi-Caps university in the areas of Engineering, Computer application, Management etc. in not only in India but abroad as well. About 1100 alumni have already registered for the meet and many more are expected.
Prof. Awanee Killedar Subhedar, member of the alumni association and the convener of the Alumni Meet, told that alumni are ambassadors of their alma mater and are vital for revenue and placement opportunities and hence we are very keen to work for bringing all alumni together and believe on the philosophy of unity is strength. She has appealed to all the alumni to join the meet.
The profiles of alumni have been called to reward them with the Distinguished Alumnus award for the successful and eminent work in their personal and professional life. Cultural programs, Alumni talk, Department visit, Sports activity, Nukkad Natak and a lot many things have been planned by the alumni association to entertain the alumni. Experiences of past students will also be shared on that day and Alumni will discuss the opportunities after graduation and post-graduation in the field of science, engineering and management and pharmacy.
The University conducts its alumni meet on a regular basis to keep in touch with its students and also to create a get-together platform wherein students can come and relive their memories of the most colorful days of their life. From this year onwards, we wish to felicitate one alumnus every year as Distinguished Alumnus with regard to the career achievements and the work in the society.
