What are your roles and responsibilities in Student participation & Activities?

My role and responsibilities is to help the students nurture their skills in Academic activities like paper presentation,publishing their papers in reputed journals,participating in all the activities around the cities,Case study presentation etc and Co-curricular activities like making them participate in sports,seminars,conferences,organizing various events etc.


How do you ensure every student is engaged in such activities and what are the activities held at SSM?

Every student has mentors and through mentors we make them participate in all the events.Each mentor will be submitting their mentees progression at the end of the year which will help them to track both in Academic and extracurricular activities. Programs like Synergy,Pride,NYK Sports which consists of both curricular and co-curricular activities.


How do you tend to build an industry connected with this program?

After the end of each course we will conduct Industry people interaction with our students which will help them to have better understanding about the Industry's top Panel discussions,Seminars,Webinars,Q&AvSession with the experts are among them.


What were the challenges that you faced while inculcating this program in your curriculum?

Challenges was frequent updation and bringing in new methodology and technological learning which requires deep learning and more preparation.


What are the types of projects that the students are working on through this program?

Students are having Internships which are of 30 days and Main projects which consist of 90 days .
