What are your thoughts on the current education system?
“There is restructuring required in the education system”
The current system requires strengthening in various areas. The student strength is decreasing in the case of non-professional programs. Also, the quality of education is not up to the mark. There is an essential requirement of quality teachers to help students promote learning. I feel skill based, and project learning-based interdisciplinary curriculum is necessary. Hence, syllabus restructuring is required accordingly.
Could you please highlight the functioning aspects of your college?
“The day to day functioning of the college is taking place through following important aspects”
- Maintaining the infrastructure development
- Facilitating the facilities and opportunities for teachers
- Execution of student centric teaching- learning
- Execution of extension activities
- Monitoring the continual research development and maintaining the conducive atmosphere
- Strengthening the sport facilities
- Sustaining the overall development of student through various curricular, co- curricular and extra – curricular activities

What are some of the future goals of your college?
“We want to become an institute of prime excellence”
Our mentality is aligned with the future goals we have for the institution. Thus following the roadmap we are aiming to accomplish following objectives:
- To launch the more skill based, object oriented, project learning based interdisciplinary programs.
- To enhance the placement activities of outgoing students.
- To strengthen the research institutes – industry – college linkages and collaborations.
- To establish new research centers and increase research activities to cope up the needs of modern society and industry.
- To strengthen the sports, infrastructural, library, ICT and support service facilities for overall development of students
What will be your advice to the students who are pursuing their under-graduation and post-graduation?
“Students should make wise career decisions”
Students should opt for a stream where they can make a career for themselves. They should work hard with honesty and passion for meeting the goal decided. They should become the master in knowledge and related skills in the field. Also, they should keep a healthy balance between your set target, your family, and society.
